He and his partner were friendly and professional, and they quickly and safely loaded and hauled away several large items, including a wrecked moped and dishwasher. First of all, they were recommended to me. I needed a new kawasaki 1400 zx hauled from the dealer. It was hard getting in touch with them at first.They wouldn't return my calls. When i finally talked to them, I got the haul set up for saturday. They got here. He got it off of the trailer. Everything seemed fine. The bike looked good and They left. When i went to move the bike forward and the wheel moved a half a turn, i noticed a big 1 inch gash in the wheel on the lip bead that the wheel choke made that it was sitting in when transfered. I called Ron immediately and he said to call the number provided to me, on monday. I called monday and the guy i talked to who said his name was David Meadows was so nice. I explained what happened and that this needed to be made right, because this shouldnt of happened at all. He was so apologetic and that he would get with the insurance company and make this right and that the insurance rep would be calling me in a few days. I waited for about 5 days. i called again. He apologized and would see what was going on and get back with me. Nothing. I called and called and called..They never would answer my phone call again. So my brand new kawasaki 1400 zx has a brand new scratch on the wheel that i didnt do and that no one wants to fix for me. The wheel is expensive and they should have manned up and got me another one. they should have made it right. so they made a gash and wouldnt make it right. SO, the company lied to me about fixing the problem. Unresponsive to me. Poor quality of service and very unprofessional company. I will not recommend this company to any one else. I would give no stars but there is not an option. read more
