Tyler was great! He answered my call at 3P on a Saturday when many appliance shops are closed. I told him my problem (water leaking from the back of my fridge) and he immediately described all of the possible causes, and quoted me a labor cost over the phone. He arrived an hour later as promised and after taking a back panel off of the fridge he was able to spot the problem in less than a couple minutes... it was exactly what he had told me the most likely problem was, an invisible pin hole leak in a water feed tube. He went to Home Depot to get a replacement hose... of course the OEM hose had proprietary nubs on each end of the hose so he bought a generic hose and retrofitted the proprietary ends onto the generic hose ends. No need to order an OEM hose and put up with a water leak until it arrives. That solved the immediate problem, and in testing to make sure there were no new leaks from the replaced hose, he saw that the water filter housing was also starting to leak into an evaporator pan. He helped me order the correct part and now we are waiting for it to ship. I've had good luck with all the appliance repair people I have used, but Tyler really goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction and is very appreciative of my business. I would give zero stars, so I guess I have to select one star for Yelp. Confirmed the appointment slot the day before with Tyler, for Friday's appointment between 9 and 9:15am. No call. No text. No show that Friday. Waited one hour hoping to hear from him. Nothing. When 10am came, I texted and said that I was canceling the appointment and I will be going with a different professional to service my oven. So don't waste your time and find someone else! read more

If I had 10 stars to give I would do that for Tyler! Very rare to see someone so professional and at the same time so humble and honest. Our Microwave needed repairing so I reached out for a quote to multiple vendors and only Tyler came back with an accurate honest lowest quote. Furthermore he was patient enough to answer all my questions. He showed up right at the time window he had given. He tried to repair my Microwave but when it turned out the problem area would not be cost effective, he honestly told me I would be better off buying a new one. He only charged me for the flat rate. And then Tyler went the extra mile and offered to help me put in the new Microwave I purchased! He even came back a 2nd time just to help me install my new microwave! Great. Easy to request quote and easy to schedule. Tech was responsive and honest. Our washer was not worth the repair cost, so we didn't have him repair, but paid him $75 to come out. Otherwise, he would have used the $75 against any repairs so felt it was fair compared to some other people I contacted. Would utilize him again for any other appliance issues. read more
