They also worked with us to make improvements in the original plan. I would give them five stars on Communication, workmanship, timeliness of completion, creativity and follow up. They were also patient and supportive in helping us to make sure to explain what was done wrong by the previous contractor and what was needed to correct it. We ended up with a beautiful backyard that we are very proud of and will enjoy for years to come. Price wise, they're probably not the cheapest you can find, but we learned the hard way you get what you pay for.

I am a first-time homeowner so I had some worries going in, and had never had any project done like this. I have a particular tree of concern with big branches that overhang my house, and it really needed some attention. John was very friendly and helpful in figuring out what I was looking to do. He discussed options and helped figure out the best, affordable solution. There are also loan options for people, like me, who maybe need that. John said that he'd worked on getting those options sorted and I appreciate that effort because it really wasn't too bad finding something that works for me. Some options have no interest if paid in a certain timeframe and that is great and doable! The cost was another worry of mine with it. On top of that, they went above and beyond in their work! They even left us firewood stacked up next to the outdoor fireplace and more. The crew also cleaned up everything afterwards and left the place honestly better than they found it, which I respect a lot. You can tell they care about their customers' experience and they are good folks. I am so relieved at how smoothly the process went as well as to have it taken care of!
