They used both soft and hard power washing and all of the mold, algae stains, and mildew was removed from my gutters, downspouts as well as the brick and mortar joints. I am absolutely thrilled with how much it brightened up the curb appeal of my home. They power scrubbed my walkways and driveway removing just about all the tire marks and discoloration. I just turned 75 and decided it was time to make my life a little easier. Basically I just wanted grass to mow and be done with it. I also thought that it was time to replace the weed-laden garden that bordered my house with a nice rock border with a weed barrier underneath to keep it clear of invasive weeds. I called Robert Brown based on the great reviews he had on here and hoped for the best. I have had issues in the past with hiring handymen who either did shoddy work, or never finished the job after they convinced me to give them payment because of an urgent need. I decided this time I was going to hire a professional and not get fooled again. Rob showed up personally and listened carefully to what I had in mind and gave me a great price estimate which I only replied with "when can you start?" He showed up with his assistant Boo, and his mini Kubota tractor and digger and jumped right on re-configuring my front yard. They worked at an accelerated pace, and I could not believe how fast and professionally they accomplished their task at hand. Rob even made a few suggestions that made more work for himself, but refused to change the price, even though I offered to pay more. He said: "It's not about the money for me, I just want to make my customers happy." My neighbor came over to watch and was amazed at how fast they got the job done. Rob is a wizard with that tractor and even yanked out an impossible to get rid of crepe myrtle tree with ease! They finished the job by installing the rock border and replaced the border blocks I had from before to make a perfect job! The work was done quickly and professionally, everything was cleaned up and hauled away, and you could see the honest pride Rob took in his work as he showed my wife and me the finished project. I can't say enough about this man, Robert Brown. He is one thing that is extremely rare these days, a sincere man! What a pleasure, and an honor to have met him and his hard working assistant! Last year Josh did a major cleanup at our house -- gutters, roof, brick exterior, driveway, deck…read moreand all our windows. It all hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and it was pretty bad. Josh and his helper worked really hard and the whole thing came out sparkling. It was a really fair price, too. So this year, just last week, I asked Josh to come back and look at everything and tell me what needed to be done. Actually, there wasn't a lot! Amazing that the driveway, for example, had resisted the mold and mildew because of how Josh cleaned it a year ago. He did some spot cleaning (pressure washing) of the back deck and pergola, side entrance, part of the driveway. He cleaned out the gutters, which were still in pretty good shape from last year but needed pine needles removed and then the gutters washed. His price was very reasonable. Every time I've dealt with Josh, he's been on time, polite, and very particular about his work. He cleans up everything after he's finished. He wears a uniform, he answers his voice mail, and he tells us if we don't need to do something, which saves us money. I think he is very trustworthy, and I will continue to call on him in the future. He's our "go-to guy". BTW, he has an amazing window cleaning system. He lightly wet-brushes the windows with soapy water to get dirt off, then he uses a special filter that puts purified water on the windows. He doesn't need to use a squeegee or anything. The purified water dries without any streaks. And he doesn't have to get up on a ladder because the whole system reaches up to the second story. State of the art.

Only low pressure used on wood portions, some of which had been harmed by a previous power wash. The price was good and everything looked great when finished.
