I had an amazing experience at Tymeless. The environment and overall vibe were great, and everyone there was genuinely kind and welcoming. My girlfriend and I originally planned to get our first tattoos on the same day, but scheduling didn't work out which was totally fine. She got hers done first and I was able to be there with her, then I came back a few days later for mine and she was there for me. It ended up working out perfectly. Jay Sway did my first tattoo and absolutely crushed it. The linework is clean, it looks incredible, and he made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He's a genuinely good guy. I go here for all my piercings! I've gotten my rook, 2nd and 3rd holes, two helix, and my two conch piercings all here. The piercer (Janell) is a literal joy and I will go no where else to get a piercing. The piercing + jewelry can get a bit pricey depending on what jewelry you choose but they only use high grade titanium so the higher price is 100% worth it for me for the quality. read more

Their shop is so gorgeous in the inside too, you just know it's all good vibes in there I had Tori, she was amazing! I got a floral shoulder piece done by Sara Monster in August. I was told she needed time to draw it as she was doing it herself as this is a custom tattoo shop , fast forward to now (December) , I found my EXACT tattoo on Pinterest. She did not draw it herself yet I paid the price of a custom tattoo. It is my most expensive piece ($650) yet my most poorly done. I already need a touch up in multiple areas and will NOT be getting it done here. I could have lived with needing touch ups already although it is extremely frustrating with how much I paid for the tattoo , it is unacceptable that this "custom piece" at a custom price , was nowhere near custom. read more

Wow is the best way I can describe when you walk into this tattoo shop. Most shops really don't put that much effort into their appearance and are all about the cash flow. I will tell you that as soon as you walk in here you will know you came to the right place. From the amazingly comfy couches, to the awesome giant koi pond they have inside. The comfort level is set to maximum here. Now full disclosure, I already had an appointment coming here. I have been working with one of the best tattoo artists in Syracuse (Jamie) for a long time and I pretty much go anywhere she is set up. So I already knew that my tattoo was going to look amazing and that I wouldn't regret a single thing about it. What I wasn't expecting was that I would walk in and be super excited that this was her new location. You are going to get an amazing tattoo and not have to worry about a thing when you come here. Granted all tattoos hurt, but with amazing convo from my tattoo artist and a Harry Potter marathon playing on all their tv's, it felt like my tattoo was completed in no time. The cost is extremely fair here and if things end earlier than expected, they will charge you fairly. I will warn you all ahead of time to bring cash because they don't take card. Worst tattoo parlour and on professional business I have ever seen in my entire life I booked an app 2 mth b4 corona virus happened was gonna take 2mth to even get in 1st I asked lady if i had ti cancel if i could bc my dad and and i were getting matching tattoos an hes got bad parkinson's she saud yes so after corona virus i tryed to cancel bc me an my hysband both lostt our jobs and they canceled my app and said i gotfa wait 4 more mths now so now its 6mth wait .. We might have to cancel they pretty much gave me the middle fingers I text and emailed Eric which is the one who was supposed to do my tattoo got 0 response at all even after several tries and Not expecting to get my money back we were going to go get the tattoo or I would have been out $200 then I emailed the owner and told him how unprofessional they are And how I've been trying to reach Eric for months now with 0 response... then he Texts me last night with this crap! That he doesnt work there anumore an want me to drive to utica to his new shop So finally after dealing with this huge headache on professional business for months now I am finally getting my money back to day only because it is a breach of contract and Eric no longer works there even though I have been dealing with this for months and my tattoo appointment is supposed to be in 2 weeks from today And I don't even hear about this through timeless tattoo I have to hear it from eric! Just to add to my first review of one star... We got a bad tattoo, still feel it was overpriced. Thought we talked to the owner, but in fact, it was not. She just reached out to me. Unfortunately, she was unable to help us as it is now 30 days later and the tattoo has since been fixed by someone else( so no photo proof of the sloppy work). This artist did a great job for less money. So much so that we went back for two more, plus an enhancement of an existing tattoo. I still stand by my comment about doing your homework and comparing prices.. there are wonderful artists out there, who do great work for less money... But, to clarify... Not everyone has the same style.. that's where homework and research comes in. Tymeless may have good, even great artists.. but you will pay more than some others who are just as talented.. except for Kyle and his portrait work. But because there is no one else as good, his books were closed when I inquired... That's unavoidable, and I get it. The owner was very nice in her response to me and I am sorry we weren't referred to her when we made our complaint. I've added two more stars making my review 3 stars from 1 star. And like I told her, this is my opinion based on my experience. Tymeless has fiercely loyal customers... If they yelped, I'm sure it would be 5 stars... read more

Timeless is a beautiful shop. Without a doubt. But the owners are honestly dicks. Nothing against a lot of the tattoo artists there because they're friendly. But I made an appointment in December and the day I made it for was a Classic syracuse snowstorm and my car couldn't get down the road let alone to Baldwinsville and the owner refused to allow me to reschedule and said my deposit was gone. I contacted my artist and he said it was fine. I've heard a handful of other things but honestly I'd never go back. Shady practices. read more

So, I didn't actually visit this place. I got some work done by Joshua at a con he attended recently and I was blown away by not only his art, but the professionalism, support and just all around fun I had sitting in his chair. We made a mutual appointment and he kept to it. He was quick, but diligent, always focused on the task at hand. This was my first full color piece and I was a bit nervous, but he dissuaded any fears and even got back to me the next day when I was worried I had somehow ruined it (I swear it wasn't my first tattoo). I'm mostly upset that Joshua doesn't live around me, because I'd want him to do all my work in the future. I suppose I just have to wait a year at a time or make a pilgrimage to his shop where he will no doubt exceed any and every expectations yet again. Horrible experience and shady business practice. I was going to get my fiancé a coverup tattoo from JOSH, I left a 50$ deposit to hold a time slot with him. He was busy getting ready for a client but my fiancé showed him the small tattoo on her wrist and discussed her ideas and he said no problem. After exchanging emails the next day he gave her a quote over the phone for 300$. For a small rose tattoo I thought that was ridiculous. I stopped to the shop to get my deposit back and he refused, (even though he had not even created a design at this point). Needless to say I was not happy and if he is hurting that bad for 50$ I told him to keep the money and told the owner they just lost two clients. Since that time I've finished a sleeve and my fiancé has gotten her cover up and two other tattoos at shops other than Tymeless Tattoo. I would recommend staying far away from that shady place. Dirt bag artists with dirtbags owners. If I could put negative stars I would. Great luck with your career JOSH!!!l read more
