They make it really easy to manage your online bookings and I love how flexible they are when you want some additional cleaning help - we've used them for everything from deep cleans, regular weekly cleans and spring cleans. Always worth a mention, we have two rescue cats and every cleaner has been so patient and caring with them both. That means a lot to us. I've been here a few times, particularly in the summer due to the outdoor seating area offering a fab view of Newcastle Quayside. The Hub offers bike hire and repair facilities as well as providing fortnightly social bike rides! What draws me in is the fab little cafe as I'm a sucker for homemade cakes (yesterday's choice being the caramel shortbread)! Always served by friendly faces and although the service can be a little slow in peak times, it is worth the wait!

The chapters gather more heavily on the weekends. The cafe inside has a great selection of food and drinks! Sodas, waters, juices and even BEER! I had the "famous" bacon sandwich... Skeptical as always when people call something famous. It was really nice. Lovely fresh bread! The bacon came from a pig with a nice personality. I'm curious about the other food they offer. Absolutely Ace Service from Samsung. 3/10/12…read moreAbout a week ago the RCD tripped on the fuse box. After a process of elimination it turned out to be the American style fridge/freezer (RS21DCNS) 10 or 11 years old. I did the usual and looked up things on the Internet, and tried various things. The one problem I had a few years ago was that the fridge iced up at the back panel inside the fridge, and stopped a fan moving. Melting the ice solved the problem, but I lost a charcoal odour tablet in the process, but it got working again, but that time it did not trip the RCD. I disconnect all I could see, but it still tripped. I found a forum which offered various options, but unless you knew what they were talking about then you stood no chance. In the forum was the telephone number for Samsung Custoer Services. I even went to the site and thought I had found the answe, but the advice was to ring the customer services number. I was then working out the threshhold for the cost of repair against the price of a replacement. I spoke with customer services, and they took down my details and then said that they would send out an engineer (free of charge). FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! I thought yes they would assess then I'd be hit with the bill. Anyway they said I would be contacted by their service centre, and gave me a reference number. Less than an hour later I had a text message from the service centre giving me their reference number. The next day i received a call, and I arranged the visit for my convenience for after 13:00. I then received a confirmation text message. The day before the visit I had another text to ensure it was still convenient for me. The engineer arrived at 13:30. He replaced: HV Kit Evap Cover Sensor Drain Heater Defrost Heater Water Tank (the cause of the leak) Thermo Fuse I was still waiting for the bill. NO BILL!!!! The water tank must have damaged when it had frozen the first time. He even replaced all of the cables associated with the water intake. He left at about 15:00. The next day I received a text confirming that everything had been done, and that I would receive a call for a customer satisfaction survey. How can you fault that service?

Samsung 'Customer Support' worst after-care ever. Purchased a notebook for £950, developed faults…read morewithin a few months. After 3 repairs it still wasn't fixed, at 11 months old I decided to lodge a complaint about the product/service, after being promised my product had 3 years warranty in writing. My complaint wasn't escalated as Samsung don't have a complaints procedure!! I spent hours on the phone and after weeks am told my faulty product is now out of warranty and the 3 year warranty I was promised is incorrect. I'm left with a faulty laptop and nearly 1k out of pocket. If you want any sort of good after-care please avoid Samsung.

A friend of mine recently used this firm and was very pleased with the way the funeral was handled,every care was taken and every detail was catered for and it was done with dignity.They thought the cost was comparible to other firms who did'nt give them the options they got with Go As You Please.

It was known as intu Eldon Square between 2013 and 2020 but following the collapse of intu, it has returned to its original name of Eldon Square. At the time of writing, Eldon Square is the 15th largest shopping centre in the country in terms of retail size, there is a much larger shopping centre, Metrocentre around a 10-15 minute drive away, but despite being smaller, I prefer Eldon Square, I still think the mall is a good size and it just seemed to have a better atmosphere, being in the city centre too rather than a soulless out of town mall. The mall has a great number of stores and brands including anchor retailers Fenwick, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer. Other brands located here include Apple, Boots, H&M, Next, Rituals and the major mobile phone/telecommunications networks. For food and drink, you have the likes of Starbucks, Nando's, Pizza Express, Ask Italian, Wagamama and TGI Fridays. The mall staff were friendly, and while there wasn't really anyone dotted around the mall, the help desk was easily to find so I could seek assistance finding a store. The layout of the mall is a little confusing and I think makes it seem bigger than it actually is - it can be quite a trek from the Bus Station to the Apple end of the mall. I do think the stores do shut a little early for the centre of a big city, between Monday and Saturday, the mall shuts at 7 pm, with some stores shutting as early as 6 pm including John Lewis. Thursday is an exception, where all stores tend to remain open until 8 pm, and Sunday is bound by Sunday trading laws so there's not much they can do there. 4* -
