You pay, lock up your stuff for £2 that is returned to you when you return you key. Cover charge was £10 for an adult all day. They have a cafe that is moderately priced. I was really shocked by how cheap it was. The staff weren't so fantastic. Very rude. No clear order pickup. They just shout at you. They are always right also. Waited a long time and saw people who got the wrong orders. The staff didn't care. I however didn't have these issues. The slides are good! You walk up to one of 3 floors and each floor has a selection of slides. Some require tubes. It's important to know that double tubes MUST have two people. There was no exception made to this during my visit. It gets quite packed and loud when it's busy due to the fact that everyone is inside a dome. Hot temperatures inside make it feel like a hot summer day outside. Overall I was impressed with my visit. I will return when it's not a busy next time.

All in all a good day out in the holidays or anytime with the kids.

Today me and a group of friends made our way to splash in Stockton in the hopes to all go swimming…read more We were told it was closed and the next available session were for adults with babies so they told us to come to the Billingham Forum as they had a "free swim" session at that time. We ran to get the bus and paid to go into the swimming baths area. When we got in the pool, we were met with rude life guards and misinformation. They told us the only thing we could do was do laps. Me and my friends listened and done the laps around the pool like we were told to. We didn't stay for the whole hour we paid for because we felt like we had been lied to about what we could do in the pool by the other members of staff who work for tees active. We were getting changed and once we left we were met with a "manager" who told us to leave even though we already were. This was a disgrace as we were lied to by the other tees active staff and misjudged by the lifeguards with our intentions on what we were doing. There were apparently many complaints about us but what else were we supposed to do when we were promised with a pool that we could easily swim in with no worries. They said no refunds and no apologies. 0 stars if I could give it. Terrible staff. Do NOT come here if you are looking to have a fun time with friends or anyone with people aged 14-17.

The swimming facilities at this venue are tired in comparison to Splash in Stockton town centre. The Forum theatre puts on a number of productions and plays host to: comedy, ballet, and music performances. There is a little shop to buy ice cream and refreshments at, in the interval between performances. Prices are cheap, and venue is popular.
