Whether you are looking for something cute or kitschy, Typo has it all. This Aussie franchise finally opened their first two stores in the Philippines last September in Trinoma and in Greenbelt. Everything in there is just too cute for words. They have home décor, crafting materials, paper products, travel and tech items and so much more. If you're looking for a great gift idea for that person who seems impossible to get a gift for, this place will make it so much easier for you. They have a lot of bundled items (4 notebooks for P600) and on-sale items too. This place really is a dream come-true for a paper product obsessed girl like me. Whether you need candy-colored paper mache letters or vintage stamps or magnet boards, there's something you can check out at every corner of this store. I scored two unique pens today, both made with resin. One with a pug on top and the other shaped like a skeleton. Surprisingly, the price isn't that out of reach. They have items ranging between P250 to P300 (Folders, manila envelopes, pens and phone casings). I can't wait to go back to do a little more shopping. read more

Every time I go to Typo, I always manage to find so many cool, cute and quirky little things that I want to bring home with me. The shop has got so many random knick-knacks that you can literally spend hours just poring over all the pieces on their shelves. What I like most about the space is that they've got a whole wall of craft starter-kits things that can get anyone's creative juices flowing. Personally, if this store were around during my teenage years, I would really have lost it. They've got all sorts of notebooks with interesting prints, cool pouches of all sizes, wooden block letters, quirky frames and posters - and I've only scratched the surface here. You have really got to check out the place for yourself because there really is so much to see and go gaga over. read more

Every time I enter Typo, I always want to buy everything. They just have so many cute things! Planners, passport holders, indoor lights for your room, scrapbook and other crafting materials, the list goes on and on. This place is also really helpful for party planning as they have a whole section of party goods such as banderitas, colored paper straws, mason jars galore, photo booth props, paper lanterns, even party signs that look like street signs. There are just so many interesting things you can find in this store, and they are packaged so well that they become irresistable and so tempting to buy. For those who are in need of notebooks or planner for school/work, Typo also has a load of choices. You can purchase unique greeting cards here too. This is the store I love to go to when I wanna spend money on things I lie to myself about that I need it. They have such a diverse amount of things that are actually really useful. Some things are just things you want to make your room, workspace or birthday party Pinterest worthy. What I love about their products is how witty some are. They're just so funny you can't help but want it. It's so hard entering this store without coming out without a purchase. A number of their items are pretty pricey but reasonable if you really will use it. I am guilty of buying things here that are so pretty that I am so afraid to use them (I'm just emphasizing how pretty their stuff are.) I love their notebooks so much! It's really nice to write on them and being a student, I'd come out with bulks. They have really nice planners that you can buy at any time of the year because some of them don't have set dates yet, so that's really practical. read more

The heart of the artsy, craftsy person that lives in me takes flight whenever I see a Typo branch. The branch in Greenbelt is small, but it makes up for it in flair and style. Just 2 weekends ago I was roaming around trying to kill time while waiting for my food to arrive at the restaurant with my family, when I stumbled upon the shop. I had only known about the branch in Ayala, and after following them on Instagram (and subsequently falling in love with every crafty product) I decided I absolutely had to enter the place. The first thing that took my notice was the pug merchandise, from pug mugs and pug rugs to pug cards and pug phone cases. They had some adorable cards and planners on sale, but nearly halfway into 2015, I had to stop myself. Their notebooks are huge and hardbound, and are sure to last a year, so I'll probably buy one before school starts! read more

Typo is a fantasy store for those of you who love arts and crafts, trinkets, and other cute things. You get to the store and you see all different kinds of knickknacks. Feast your eyes on paper, notebooks, pens, tape, accessories for your table, basically anything you can think of. It was surprise to me because at first I thought Typo was a local store, but I found out recently that it's a franchise from Australia. It's a bit costly, considering there are other shops who offer similar merchandises at cheaper prices. The way that the store arranges its products really lures you into buying, just like what happens to me whenever I enter! This place is heaven for girls who love things that they just want to get because of how cute it looks. I absolutely love going to this store, I get inspired to do crafty things just by seeing what the store has to offer. read more

Looking for something cute, handmade, and functional? Typo has just about everything you could ever want. They have so many different things that may actually surprise and amuse you, and if you're not careful, you may be even tempted to splurge. What's funny is that there are items you can't believe are actually cheap, and then there are others you can't believe are quite expensive. I don't know how else to describe such a treasure trove of unique things. It frustrates me that there isn't a Typo shop near my house, nor my university. How can I possibly appease my thirst for all things quirky and vintage? Ugh! read more

Every time I enter Typo, I just know I'm going to end up spending even though I don't necessarily need anything. But I just want everythiiing. They have so many things you never even knew you needed (or knew about in the first place)! Everything in the store is just too cute. From notebooks, pillows, earphones, passport holders, cellphone cases, and million other odds and ends. If you're looking for a creative gift that's quirky and personal, you should definitely look in Typo. I wouldn't be able to do the store justice if I tried to describe what they sell, there's just too much! It's owned by the same company as Cotton On, if I'm not mistaken, but for once, I would rather be here than in a clothing store. Sadly, the store is quite pricey, which might actually a good thing, because it prevents me from buying everything in the store! Every time I have a gift to buy, the prospect excites me because Typo is now in Manila. read more
