Always super helpful and very knowledgeable in any of the questions you have :). Also the place is definitely a really good size so chances are they have what your looking for and of course things you aren't looking for :)!! They have pool chemicals, milk, chocolates and potato crisps. They also have a huge following - always good news for a mechanic. If you want to get your car serviced you have to book as there are plenty of cars parked in the forecourt of this ex-petrol station. If however, you are a female and you have an emergency, they are absolute gentleman and will look at (and hopefully fix) your car. They carry out rego checks, wheel balances, sell tyres and do normal services. They also do services at a fixed price so you know what you're up for before you go ahead.

When…read moreI picked up the car, the central locking on my driver's door stopped working that same day. This wasn't an issue before the repair. I dealt with Sam and Murray during the process. I called and went back to PSR straight away. They inspected the door and told me the actuator had worn out due to age and the fault wasn't related to their work. I found this surprising because the central locking had always worked normally before the repair, and the problem appeared immediately after the car was returned. My family has taken several cars to PSR over the past decade and we've always been loyal customers, so the experience this time was disappointing from a service point of view. I've now had to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading to resolve the issue. Sharing this here so others are aware of the experience I had.

So I nailed the backend of my car pretty hard a couple of weeks back and given my insurance covered pretty much everything, I had no drama sending the car to this repair place. So after getting my claim no, it was off to the repairers - from the moment I dropped the car off, I never once had to call them or my insurance or Hertz or a cab. Parramatta Smash Repairs organised everything on my behalf. They organised a hire car from Hertz, they organised the cab so that I can pick up the hire car, they even organised the exact time I would need the cab so that I wasn't waiting around !!! Their frontline service is amazing. They called me the day after I dropped the car to give me a progress update and continued these calls twice a week until it was ready. As I said, I never ONCE had to call them - this to me was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Seriously tho, I wouldn't normally review a smash repairer, but I felt like I just HAD to review this place purely because of their excellent service Ohh and the work they carried out? FLAWLESS !!!!
