I had a few questions before making a 50% deposit but Able was very patient with me over the phone. We planned to arrive late on the first night but Able gave very detailed and clear instructions on how to retrieve our keys so we could get into the house via email. When we got into the house, he came to greet us and showed us the house and our room. He even heated up our room prior to our arrival (nice touch!) as it was a chilly night. Pluses: - A wide range of free T2 teabags - Free Nespresso coffee - Free fresh fruit baskets - Nice / clean / spacious bedroom - A bottom of white wine upon arrival Minuses: - The floor in the bathroom gets really wet after each shower (I believe the leakage comes from the gap of the shower door) - With two separate knobs (hot / cold water) in the shower, it was really difficult to get to the right temperature -The wifi signal is weak in our bedroom but I had no problem logging on. During our stay, Able got everyone some lemonade scones (nice touch!). Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

They have a nice TV and DVD player in each room and a good variety of DVDs you can borrow as well. They have an indoor pool too although we didn't use it because we only stayed one night and needed to leave right after breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!
