I personally think Turkish Airlines has amazing service. There may be people who disagree with this but as a frequent flyer who has experienced many different airlines I can say THY is truly a 5 star airline. read more

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Istanbul. Travelled from Istanbul to Dalaman…read morefirst with Turkish airlines, then rented a car from airport. It was an easy drive from Dalaman airport. The hotel is located at after city of Marmaris. It is very secluded. From the highway you have to drive 20 min to reach the hotel's enterance. Very professional customer service welcomed us from the enterance to the lobby area. Top of the line customer service by very friendly employees. I don't recommend to stay in D-maris if you stay with kids or teenagers. It is very relaxing and quite. There is not much to do for kids or teenagers. The breakfast is included with the stay. The lunch, dinner and etc. you have to pay. Its pricey. We ate 2 nights at Nusret and 1 night at Zuma. Nusret was good but its not like the steakhouses in US. Most restaurants located at the beach side, they all have great views. Zuma is located at the pool area terrace, it also has great view. We didn't like Zuma that much, it is over priced and the food is OK not great. Breakfast has everything you can ask for. The rooms are specious, shower in the bathroom is perfect. Our room had a tub with sea view. The rooms are quiet and relaxing. We visited Marmaris city one afternoon and had a lunch in there. Marmaris has great restaurants and shopping area. You have to stay in this hotel to reset yourself to a new year!

The manager, Hussein, went above and beyond in helping us overcome all kinds of challenges. When we arrived in town late at night and couldn't get a taxi for the last stretch, Hussein came and retrieved us personally. When our previous guide for Ephesus fell through, Hussein arranged for us to have an excellent personal guide and taxi driver pretty much at the last minute. When we were having trouble booking a bus ticket to our next destination, again, Hussein stepped in and walked over to the bus station with us to help make sure everything went smoothly. Beyond all of this incredible service, the rooms were very comfortable, the pool was especially appreciated in the intense summer heat and the breakfast spread was quite varied and filling.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, very attentive, helpful and so nice. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived in the afternoon. We got a room facing the pool on the first floor so we had a door that opened right out to the pool and we literally felt right at home. The room was very clean and the shower was fantastic. The room had basic amenities like a fridge, safe, hair dryer and they provide water bottles and spa-type slippers. The bed was comfortable and they provided several pillows which is great for sleeping comfort. There's a lounging area with shade right by the pool and bar, perfect to have a drink and just hang out. The water in the pool was cold but it was perfect to cool off from the intense Selçuk heat. The ambiance was so chill and relaxing. The view off the pool and outside dining area was great to watch the sunset if the clouds allowed for a nice view. The breakfast was just ok, serving the usual cheese, cold cuts, veggies, sweets etc. I didn't see anywhere mentioned whether or not they would prepare fried eggs or omelets if requested. I wish they did but since I didn't ask I can't say for sure. We also had dinner at their restaurant one night since we had an early flight the following morning. The food was ok, the baba ghanoush was a bit bland. The lamb shank and grilled whole fish were definitely better dishes. The hotel is located right next to St. John's Basilica and the Selçuk castle which are two of the main attractions in this town. The town center is also a short walk away and close to the dolmuş station where you can catch the shared white mini buses that take you to nearby Şirince for a small fee of 4TL per person.

Can I just say there are no words in the dictionary to describe this place. I have never seen such fantastic customer service ever hands down. I was in Bodrum, Turkey last week to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday and it was so amazing!!! They have a doctor on site, they have a water park, FREE foodddddd (comes with the package), dessertttttt for days and let's not forget the restaurant 24 where food is served all day and all night! I remember my friends and I would go hangout and end up at 24 at odd hours of the morning with a nice meal ready for us. Oh did I mention the Club On site? the beachhhhhhh and let's not forget the Spaaaaaa. I had the Hamman done (Traditional Turkish Bath) and a facial! My experience was sooo amazing that I recommend this place over and over again. Dear Manager, if you are reading this you need to give Sabri a huge raise or promote him. Your resort is what it is because of Sabri!! Thank you for such an amazing service! We had a fabulous time and I would recommend Voyage to families with little kids. Trust me your kids will thank you for ever!!! Enjoy the pictures :)

There's two main chill-out areas if you're looking to do some sunbathing or swimming - by the pool, or by the beach. My preference is the beach as the loungers are better for reading, but the pool recliners are padded ones more like a single bed which is also quite comfortable. There's a bar by the pool and at the beach, there's a guy who walks around to take your order and get it from the pool bar. He can also sort you out if you can't spot a free lounger, so you don't really need to worry about nabbing one early. There's a huge range of cocktails available from the bars, as well as premium/branded spirits, beers and wine. I counted and there was something like 40+ cocktails available, and those I sampled were all really delicious - I'd recommend the Light of Voyage (vodka, midori, malibu, orange and pineapple), Strawberry Daiquiri and the Passion Fruit Cairinha. All delicious - although sometimes they'll vary depending on which member of staff is making them (not too much though!). I tried a couple of mixed drinks, like rum and coke but found the staff's tendency to free-pour the spirit meant it was way too strong for me to drink - a good problem to have! The staff at this hotel are really exceptional, and work crazy long hours. You will probably see the same people at breakfast and then at the bar at night time, I really don't know how they do it. All of them spoke good English and we never had a problem being understood. The hotel is about 40 minutes from Bodrum airport and depending on how you arrange your trip (we booked through Thomas Cook) you might have transfers included which makes it even easier. I'd definitely go back here for another relaxing holiday as there really isn't anything I can fault about the stay. Including flights, transfers and the room upgrade, all-inclusive food and drink, the cost was around £1800 for two adults.

Tried to find it on Yelp but it seems that while Yelp is available in Turkey, no one has jumped on board and wrote any reviews. I went ahead and called them on What's App and asked for the details and prices. The young lady on the phone, Elizabeth, made this easy. She sent me pics and detail of the boats and the cost of hiring a private boat for the day. (If you would like to know the cost, please send me a message) While it was only three of us on the private boat, the boat can hold more, possibly 5-15 people, maybe even more than that. If there was a group of people, hiring a private boat is definitely an economical way of handling business. No need to be with strangers, if you don't like a stop, you can tell the Captain to take you somewhere else. Fishing off the boat is cool with them. Hell, you can even Captain the boat for a while if you want. Anything is possible on this boat trip. Lunch was delicious. I mean, after swimming half the day you will work up an appetite. We were served kofte, chicken, pasta, salad and bread. It hit the spot and in typical Turkish fashion, tea whenever we wanted. There is even an afternoon snack consisting of watermelon, kiwi, bananas and peaches. (See pics) Everything was so good and fresh. Trip started around 930AM and we came back around 6PM so that was a full day of swimming and being in the sun. I personally wanted to go to Orak so that is where I spent the majority of my day. They did make a few other stops on the way back but by far Orak was the best stop. If you are ever in Bodrum and want to take a boat trip be sure to give this team a call. You won't be disappointed.
