These people here are very friendly so kind and gentle! the guy that did my nails was very nice he would ask if he is hurting me doing my nails he showed a lot of care and offered me chocolates and gave my little sister gummy bears such good service! my nails came out beautifully and the process was fast as well whenever I would mess up when he was doing my nails he wound gently remind me. I had a broken nail and it split down the middle and was very painful. I was so worried that I wasn't gonna be able to fix it and that it was gonna keep hurting. I mean, it was bloody and half my nail was off the bed. The owner Maya fixed my nail with an extension like it never even happened! I am so grateful to her and all the nice people at the salon! I definitely recommend this place! The owner also owns blue ginger pho. Which happens to be my favorite restaurant in town! I recommend both places lol. read more

I had been coming to this salon for a pedicure and it was no problem it was a pleasant experience. Until I got a manicure and had a horrible experience. Linda was who did my gel manicure and she did an awful job. She had to put on a fake nail on one of my nails so it would be the same size as the rest but she did not adhere it correctly. As I'm getting my pedicure done after her service I could tell it did not stick well and would fall. I told her this and instead of redoing it she just tried adding more glue making it worse. She not only did a bad job at adhering the nail but she also did not put on the gel correctly and half my nails were not fully painted. I left unhappy with the service. On the next day the nail fell off as I suspected. I had to wait until they were open to come in hoping it would be fixed since it was her mistake. When I came in I was not helped right away and even told they probably could not help. I had to be persistent and thankfully Angle helped me. But it was a very disappointing experience DO NOT GO TO LINDA for a manicure service. read more

I usually love coming here but I had the worst experience with the guy that works here. Kept correcting me, telling me to stop "bending my fingers" and to "stop rushing". My fiance went to this nail shop and she asked for three different colors and they didn't have the colors so she settled with the only color option they had. She asked for a discount and they said no in the middle of her nails. They made her pay before they were done and when she only gave 15% tip the guy doing the nails was purposely filing her nails to her skin hurting here. He is very lucky I wasn't there. Manicure. Maybe the worst manicure I have ever had. Instead of soaking my gel polish off they used a dremel to file it off. This left my nails seriously weakened. One nail was too thin to be able to shape it. One of the Dremel tips had residue from previous use. It had not been properly cleaned. I so no evidence any of the tools or files were cleaned. The entire shop looked like it needed a through cleaning!!! They only had a brand I had never heard of. None of the usual brands of gel like OPI, Gelish or CND DAZZEL dry was something they had never heard of. The nail tech was sweet and tried her best but she couldn't shape my nails. I went in for a walk-in pedi. Asked if some had time, I was told yes and to sit down. No one gave me colors to choose from. I aired about 1/2 hour, still not offered any colors to choose, when told to come sit for my pedi. As I was almost seated, a girl said they could not accept cards. Cash only. I had to leave and come back. I have received pedis & acrylic nails there before. My nails have been perfect but my pedis have been hit and miss. I have never been told to leave after waiting a 1/2 hour then come back with cash. I will not be going back. read more

They really need to practice their freehand French manicures/pedicures. I asked for a French pedicure, literally THE worst I've ever gotten in my life. Crooked and splotchy, not cute. Then I think the nail tech was trying to blame me that I moved my toes?? I couldn't really understand her. She took off and moved on to working on someone else before I noticed how bad it was. The owner herself did a lot of the services, and really took her time to make sure all of her customers were satisfied. I felt like a burden rather than a paying customer. The inside felt old and outdated, and not very clean.

If I could give no stars, I would. This was the 2nd time I called & made an appointment, only to show up with nobody available to do a pedicure. The first time it happened, I soaked in water for close to 1/2 hour & finally asked if anyone was coming to do my pedicure. 5 minutes later someone came over but she was not pleased about it. Awkward & uncomfortable. Today, nobody available again (for a scheduled appt) but I was told to sit & wait, someone will be coming in soon. 1/2 hour later...another lady walks in who has an appt with the same girl that I was told to wait for. Absolutely ridiculous! I had other appointments in town scheduled around this one so I left after waiting 1/2 hour. I told the lady in charge, Linda I believe, this happened last time, I have other appointments, which is why I scheduled for 10:00am. She looked at me like, Oh who cares. I walked out. Horrible way to run a business. Really bad customer service. Don't schedule appointments for people if you can not do them & waste their time! I will never return to this place. read more

I went there last year for a pedicure. The pedicure was great but the woman doing my pedicure injured me by massaging way too hard on my legs. She actually caused a huge bruise. I wish there was someway I coils share the photo of that, but I can't figure out how. It was at least 4 inches around on the front of my leg.
