Two S-Bahn tracks here and two U-Bahn tracks, so it's a busy transfer point and of course the Marienplatz at the surface is a busy destination. Easy navigation with escalators, stairs and elevator between the different platform levels, the ticketing concourse and the surface. And of course, lots of entrances/exits to street level which are labeled and there's signage to help you know which is the right exit closest to the strasse you're needing. Several quick grab-and-go restaurants on the ticketing concourse. The station is served by the S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7 and S8 S-Bahn lines plus the U3 and U6 underground lines. The company's agent confirmed this, and said their is no reason the driver should have left early. Also, they charge to issue a ticket. That is fucking ridiculous. So, they are less cheap than they advertise.
