We used a tow dolly for my chevy sonic. While loading, the metal ramp broke, resulting in my front bumper taking a hit from landing on the tow dolly. They DO NOT COVER this!!! Their equipment broke but they will not cover it because it was during loading/unloading. Now I am out of pocket for damages to my car.I will not be using uhaul again. Now for my review of this place. The manager is super nice. However, the day we were to pick up our tow dolly, we informed them we would be getting it on the way out of town, and this was accepted as long as we didn't come during their lunch time which is totally understandable. We got there at 4 to pick up our dolly only to be told since we didnt arrive at 8am, our reservation was cancelled. This reservation was already paid for when we paid for the truck. So, we had to re-reserve another tow dolly resulting in another $100 in unexpted payments. I have used uhaul before and never had this issues I had in Louisiana. Also, beware the Zwolle location closes at like 1 or 2 and on our trip there, they left the wrong keys in the lock box. There was another lady there trying to pick up a vehicle as well and we both wound up taking about 2 hours to get everything fixed. Like I said, I have used Uhaul before but now I think I will pick a different company if we ever have to move again.......
