However, lots of debris mixed into the rock bed lot the cars sit on. Oddly, all the vehicles that were a match for mine were filled with cigarette butts. Based upon this, one could draw the conclusion I need to take up smoking to drive it. ‍ Hit and miss on quality of cars and type. I have a very common vehicle and they had plenty on the lot, but the quality of the parts I needed were poor and picked over. You could potentially come out here and find your vehicle is picked over and that you wasted your time. Some people have a great experience here. Some not so much. I was one that came out empty handed and didn't have so great experience. (It helps to have a common vehicle!)

If I had known that you could rent a golf cart to go in the yard instead of pushing a wheelbarrow around a 6 football field sized yard filled with 100's of cars I would have done so. Noted. But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

Now I know it's in the name, but just know that you will have to take the part off the scrap vehicle out in the yard. So some basic wrenching knowledge is needed. I took my own tools, but it looked like they had some tools for use out there. Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.

Terrible customer service. This company does not take accountability for their mistakes and should have returned the item after being told that it was their mistake. No reason should the associate have been a jackass saying "oh do well do you rent pizzas out" because my boyfriend was wearing an old jacket from a job he had YEARS ago. not cute or professional. Train your staff on the proper way to politely say "no" because I'm definitely not going to spend money where I'm treated poorly. If I could chose no stars I would, it's okay because this place already has a super low rating which is probably not just from my visit.
