Decent, well-organized junkyard. Cars are all up on stands and organized by makes (Ford, GM, Chrysler, Imports) and the lot is mostly gravel so it shouldn't be too bad if its rained recently. Kind of tough to find since its on a dead-end portion of Grace in a valley surrounded by railroad tracks and grain elevators; I was on 16th St. (a major road) but did not see a way across until I got all the way further north then went east and then south on 11th to find Grace again. Once there however it was clearly marked so as to differentiate it from the various other scrap metal businesses that are in the area.

    Lots of vehicles. Pretty organized!

I honestly don't even know where to begin because my experience with this dealership has been one…read moreof the worst I've ever had, and it just kept getting worse every step of the way. I came in about a month and a half ago and found a car I liked. We agreed on a price, I put down a deposit, and was given a bill of sale. Everything seemed fine -- until I came back a few days later to finalize paperwork and the numbers suddenly changed. New fees were added with no explanation. I decided to step away to think, but ultimately came back and agreed to move forward with the purchase. That's when the real mess began. I was told I'd need to return to sign the title once it arrived -- so I did. Multiple times. Every time I came in, I was told the person who handles titles wasn't there and no one else could help me. After WEEKS of this, I went to the DMV to get my plates and found out that the title had never been sent in. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because I hadn't signed it -- which is flat-out untrue. I explained that I had been in multiple times, and instead of owning the mistake, he accused me of lying. I had to come back again just to finally sign what I'd already tried to take care of weeks earlier. And because of the delay, I had to pay a $50 late fee at the DMV -- out of my own pocket -- for something that was completely the dealership's responsibility. Before I even bought the car, I asked that the broken tail light be fixed. He agreed and said it would be done within three days. It wasn't. The car was also handed over to me dirty -- not even cleaned for delivery. I kept asking when I could get the tail light fixed and was told the only person who could do it was out of town for three more weeks. When I came back weeks later to finally get the tail light addressed, I also brought up that the A/C had stopped working just one week after buying the car. I also had to replace all the brake pads and the right axle -- spending over $700 out of pocket within the first week of owning the car. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m. with all the parts it needed. It took them almost nine hours to change the tail light -- and they didn't even fix the A/C. He tried to claim my car was electric and that's why it couldn't be fixed (it's not electric, by the way). When I returned to pick up my car, the office staff told me they didn't know where my keys were. I called AJ and he told me I wouldn't be given my keys until he talked to me -- despite the fact that I had been waiting all day and told him I didn't have time to sit around any longer. He hung up on me. When he finally arrived, he refused to speak to me at all -- even though I am the car's owner. He spoke only to my boyfriend, was rude, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. When I tried to speak to him directly, he said, "No, I don't want to talk to you. I'm talking to him." He then handed my car keys to my boyfriend, not to me -- the actual customer and registered owner. To make things even worse, he mumbled something under his breath about "all these white people" while staring us down, which was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. This whole experience was not just unprofessional -- it was hostile, misogynistic, and borderline threatening. I nearly had to call the police just to get my keys back. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I especially want to warn other women -- do not do business here.

First of all, if I could leave a big fat zero I would - or worse…read more I was unfortunately stuck in a position where I couldn't find many other options, and desperately needed transportation to and from work. I had my 2021 Kia stolen and totaled due to an issue I should have been notified was under recall - but wasn't. It was my first major car purchase, and I unfortunately believed that "full coverage" insurance meant "full coverage." It didn't. They acted as if they were doing me a huge favor in selling me a vehicle, when what they really sold me was a $5000 hunk of junk that I can't even sell for scrap because less than a month into owning it, it broke down to the tune of $3000 at BARE minimum to fix. They currently have possession of the vehicle, but continue to give me the run around, refusing to actually call back when they say they will. They SAY they want to help in whatever way they can, but here I am still paying full coverage auto insurance and car payments on a vehicle that isn't remotely drivable, and which, according to the (independent) mechanic I took it to when it first broke down, isn't worth the $3000 in repairs it requires. I am now stuck unable to get back and forth to work, to health appointments, even to my aunt's memorial service. When I tried to express to the sales person Laura that my family really couldn't afford to be ripped off on this, and that we really needed something to just get back and forth to work and appointments, and that I'd already been screwed over by having my car stolen and totaled, and then been taken advantage of by a separate used car dealership, she didn't want to hear what I had to say. She tried to pass that off as not "needing" to know why I was in a bind for transportation, because I was already approved. What I believe, though, is she didn't want to hear how she was just another used car salesperson taking advantage of a customer. I'm not the kind of person who could sleep at night knowing that I'd done to someone else what was done to me by Quest. TL;DR: Take your business somewhere else.

I accidentally parked momentarily in a lot with incredibly poor, unclear signage while trying to find parking. Before the vehicle was even totally hooked up, I got into my car to move it. Knowing I was actively inside the vehicle, the owner of this towing company completely disregarded my safety and lifted the car into the air anyway. This reckless, criminal action trapped me inside my own vehicle suspended in the air, forcing me to eventually jump out to free myself and avoid severe bodily injury. A parking infraction never justifies a business owner actively endangering a human being's physical safety. Furthermore, while the truck was still completely stationary and had not even left the private property, the owner held my vehicle hostage and personally forced me to hand over $200 in cash on the spot to get my car down, refusing to provide a legally required itemized receipt. This is a direct violation of Omaha Municipal Code § 20-163, which strictly caps the absolute maximum private towing and administrative fee at $175 total--a fee that can only legally be charged with an itemized receipt. Forcing an on-site, undocumented cash transaction under physical threat is extortion. When I later called the company to professionally resolve this dispute, remind him of the city codes he personally broke, and request a refund of the extorted money, the owner completely lost his temper. He yelled at me, treated me like garbage, and hung up the phone. Because the owner himself is the one conducting these criminal acts and running this racket, I have officially filed a formal police report with the Omaha Police Department for unauthorized towing, reckless endangerment, and theft. I will also be taking him straight to Douglas County Civil Court to recover my money and hold him legally accountable. Stay far away from this corrupt business.
