We haven't had any problems with the service, but we also haven't found that this credit union offers more in the way of benefits to members. We have taken most of our money and transactions (autopayments) etc. and moved them to Capital One, primarily for ease of use and for their high-yield savings, which Altana doesn't offer. We rank financial benefits/considerations above being able to walk in and talk to local people - especially with the ease of online banking. There are some really great people at the Red Lodge and Laurel branches, but that didn't make up for the actual financial benefits we get through Capital One.
