The negligence of this bank has caused great harm to my small business and my family. The corruption runs deep. I know I am not alone. The dishonesty and potentially criminal activity by this bank need to be exposed. This lender completely mishandled my PPP loan causing a burden far beyond what any small business should have to experience in this program. They do not care about small businesses, and they bully anyone who calls out the corruption and use lawyers to intimate because they know small businesses are the weaker party. CEO & President Tracy French and COO John Stephen Tipton called me to discuss my situation. They said they would investigate and call me back. That was June 30, 2023. I never got a call back. Public records show Tracy French has a compensation package of about $1.6m and Stephen Tipton $987,979. I think they could afford to find time to return my call. If your money and business are at this bank you are contributing to their pockets getting deeper while further separating any care for integrity or ethical behavior towards small businesses. They have no problem ignoring the importance of following through on what they discussed they would do and have operated in complete bad faith with my situation with no accountability. The leadership in this bank has no morals but only finds joy when John Allison touts the success of deposits each quarter. As a client at this bank, you are only worth the dollar you have in the bank or what you bring to the bank. They don't care about you, your small business, or the livelihood of your family. If you stay with this bank, it is only a matter of time before you are a victim of their corruption. Ask for the check back they said they sent it back to the irs and u know what that mean anytime the bank send money back they gone send it back ask fraudlent. so now with the irs being behind aint no telling when we will get the money. Arvest bank is terrible…read more They said they closed my account and then didn't. I called to close my account and they said it had to be a zero balance and they would send a cashier's check. They did not do this. When I called back because I noticed "Dormancy fees" on my account, they informed me the fees are non-refundable and it was "The customer's responsibility to call back and make sure the account was closed" They basically charged my account $5 dormancy fees every single month until the account was at a zero balance AND THEN they closed the account. I called customer service, talked to 5 different representatives, superiors, and managers, and every single one of them did not help. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours and finally after getting so fed up with fighting about these fees and how they didn't close my account in the first place when I asked them to, and send me my money, I gave up. They are not for you. They drag you around in circles and just want to charge you fees. They took my last bit of money by charging me fees. Wow. Feels like stealing. Goodbye Arvest. You have lost my business and all of my family's business for 15+ years. You're obviously just in it for the money and do not care about the customer.

I refinanced my truck with AFCU and, months later, the original lender informed me my truck payment…read morewas overdue. I contacted AFCU, who assured me they had paid off my truck with that lender when I refinanced with them. Consequently, I disregarded the lender's notice about the late payment. Months later, the original lender threatened to repossess my truck. The same month, I paid off my refinancing loan with AFCU, but they could not provide me with the title because they had not paid off my truck, as promised. Eventually, they sent the full payment to the original lender and I finally received my truck title. However, the original lender filed a delinquent account notice with the credit bureaus, and my credit score suffered a 200+ point decrease. AFCU apologized but said there was nothing they could do to amend the situation. They were also unwilling to submit a statement to the credit bureaus explaining that the failure to pay off my truck was their mistake. The entire ordeal lasted almost a year. Unfortunately, due to AFCU's negligence, my credit score sharply declined and they seemed indifferent to resolving the issue. I would advise against trusting them for banking and loans. Don't endure the same troubles I faced.
