They treat refunds like a store credit. If the refund doesn't come in prior to the end of the same billing cycle it won't get applied to the current balance. It gets applied to future purchases and sits there till it's used up. I don't have any other credit cards that do this? Are they going to pay me 27% interest on that money while it sits there?! I won't be using that card anymore.

Over this time I was able to get to know the employees, always enjoyed talking to them. Recently they have changed their policy's regarding the cashing of checks including your own personnel ones. Now you have to show your drivers license when cashing a $10.00 check drawn on your own account. The other day I needed to cash a $1,500, again on my account which carries an average balance of medium 5 figures. Not only did they need my DL, but they also requested answering personnel questions to verify my identity. Not only do they have my signature on file, but I have talked to this teller numerous times. She knows who I am. What ever happened to Customer Service?? Needless to say, I will be moving all of my accounts to another financial institution. So I call a different bank because my dad tells me I just need my two forms of ID. And this other chase bank tells me that I can use two forms of ID to take out the cash. So I call the chase bank on Morgan to speak to someone else and tell them that the other chase bank says I need only two forms of identification. And this man says that I still need my debit card. And I ask why does the other bank say different. And he says "that's just what that teller wants." So I can customer service to get to the bottom of this and customer service says it's okay to have two forms of IDs. And sorry that this Morgan and 76th street bank does not know what they're doing. I call the Morgan bank back and say customer service says I only need two forms of ID and all of a sudden they change their made up policy to oh now you can bring in two forms of identification. They often are open on days or hours that your Credit Union is closed. The workers are always cheerful, neat and knowledgable! It's a clean facility that gives me personalized care everytime.. There are Drive up windows and it's wheelchair accessible!
