Opened an account with them, because I have heard good things. Unfortunately I can never get a hold of anyone over the phone which is totally ridiculous. Multiple times I have drove up and they have no one inside at the Monticello branch yet send me to voicemail or pick up and then hang up the phone. Never had a Bank do that before. MONTICELLO MN US BANK Very abrasive and angry manager.. tellers are no better.im a old man. and veteran and they were calling me names and slandered me. they swore at me on several occasions.. very unprofessional. they refused to answer my finanicial questions and seemed as though they were like JESSE JAMES OR BILLY THE KID felt like they were going to rob me.. I dont trust them and no one should. they got alot to learn. the tellers have learned some bad habits from there manager.. the manager needs to go... and the tellers i feel will need to be replaced also.. there is no need for name calling, and profanity which they used on me.. I got this from the teller and manager they are jerks.. any banks that have these nit wits should be reviewed on there practice and audited They seem to really hate the working man.. and this is a bank for the guy in a suit and tie..I have zero respect for them and there institution read more

I have had to get several debit cards from them. Initially they quit working so I got a new one. Finally I got one that worked well. Then because I get stuff on line I got a questionable charge on my card. They did not warn me they just cut off my debit card. I had something that I needed from Amazon and since the card was frozen without my knowledge the payment was not made. I had to pay it with my credit card. They had done this once before. Frozen my card without telling me. I am now done with them. I am going elsewhere read more

The WORST bank in the world. This bank raised our monthly business Cash Flow Manager interest rate, not because we were late or delinquent in anyway, just because they wanted to. They also put our Cash Flow Manager into Paydown Status because we were at the top of our allotment after transfering to their lower interest Cash Flow Manager from higher Credit Cards. U.S. Bank continues to be unethical. We've always paid on time and always tried to get back to where we were when we were offered the Cash Flow Manager. UNFORTUNATELY, U.S. Bank can "NEVER" do anything to help us out. ADVISE: Do not borrow money from a bank and if you have to, choose Wells Fargo. U.S. Bank has made a TON of money from us but hopefully you will not make the same mistake we have. read more

TERRIBLE BANK. Not sure if other U.S Banks are similar, but this one is absolutely terrible. Management is not very knowledgable and blames everyone else for their mistakes. Unfair-will charge some customers and not others for check cashing and printing off statements. Go to a different branch if you bank with U.S. Bank...that place left a terrible taste in my mouth when I left there. read more
