In the summer time, the queue can stretch out the door from all the people using their services. I don't always have a great experience here, but I've never had a bad experience. The few times I've had to wait an extended time, they have been very vocal in their apologies. Yelp isn't deleting one of these places, so I guess I should be reviewing both!

Apparently records aren't kept either because I did some paperwork with them in person because it was required and when I call suddenly that paperwork was never done and the man on the phone decided he needed to transfer me back to the number I had came from and what he actually did was hang up on me. All i want to do is get my money OUT OF THERE and they've made the process take so long and have made me so frustrated. I never thought they were a great bank but JEEZ the first time I tried to do anything with them (REMOVE MY MONEY) it became a circus. Port Clinton, for whatever reason, is full of banks. Pick anyone else if you can. This bank, or at least this branch, is a joke. I've only had terrible service and long wait times either via phone or in person.

Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.
