On the day the State of Florida said it was to arrive it didn't come. My husband went to the oost office to see of it had arrived. The postal woman said it fad not and took my husbands number. The in house folks are pretty friendly, helpful and professional. They also carry a variety of stamps for those who might collect or just want a change of pace. I would say I make a dozen trips a year and also use the outdoor mailbox pretty often.
