The business is usually clean and somewhat always busy, especially when it's daycare hours. The staff is very helpful and the gym has almost everything needed for a good gym session. The gym also has saunas, message chairs, and red light therapy, as well as a Smoothie King and Nutrition Store on the lower level. And if the stairs are an issue, the gym offers an elevator.
