I've been coming here for years, and years and at once it might have been professional, but today was the day they lost a loyal customer, I got a live -scan as you always do when needed, and I had to renew my license for work, I asked politely for my original copy as it needs to be sent to the bureau, and Evelyn, has the audacity to give some attitude and reply with "No we need in case the DOJ audits us" unfortunately I frankly don't care or give a damn what they need, it's always about the customer no matter what, I had to come back three times back and Forth (one to ask for my Original back, two to have it resigned again, and there obviously the first time going) that's a huge waste of my time for a simple paper having to drive miles and miles back and forth when they could have simply compiled, which was the first time they did this and, trust me this isn't the first time I've gotten my license renewed, and thus viola, they lost a customer and will never be back nor recommend this place, I just wish I can get my money back and go somewhere else, and things would have made up for a much better day! Pablo helped me with the LiveScan fingerprinting and he was quick, efficient, and friendly. I paid a total of $69 for it, which is reasonable in comparison to other places. The $69 includes the $32 fee for Dept. of Justice, $17 for the FBI, and a $20 processing fee. I also utilized the notary services of Veronica, who was very friendly and efficient as well. She is there most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but it is best to call ahead of time to make sure she is there. A notary costs $10. They take credit card for payment. read more

Very disappointed. Was happy to see a beautiful cross hanging over their door and positive Christian quotes on their walls. After driving 40 miles to this location, I needed to use the restroom. I asked if I could use the restroom and the girl replied with a very curt, "NO"! I thought she was joking. I said, "Are you serious?" And she said , "YES." No explanation. Very rude. Although she promptly took my $50. You can hang a cross and have Christian verses surround you, but It is how you treat people that counts.
