It is a shame that this is my neighborhood USPS store. My husband and I have given this place…read morenumerous chances. There's one lady (Phyllis) in particular who goes OUT OF HER WAY to be *aggressively* rude. It feels targeted. You should read the reviews on google too. We've started driving out of our way to go to another location where we have had zero issues. We have always been so kind and it's appalling the customer service at this location. We've consistently had negative experiences here for two years. Save yourself the time and trouble and find another store. I'm honestly in shock at how I've been treated here. Cutting me off when talking, raising her voice, refusing to take packages when the USPS store down the street takes them immediately. Today she told me to "go in the hallway cause there's no room for me" ... I was the only one in line? I work in international customer service and I cannot believe this lady has been allowed to treat customers like this for this long.
