I am continuing my review from a Las Vegas Post Office here, because my package ended up at this location. I called the P.O. and spoke with a very nice woman. I stated I was looking for my box and she replied, "The one that's addressed to Hawaii?" "Yes, have you seen it?" "Yes, I have it right here." I was so happy. I told her the story of the tracking and she assured me she would forward it to the address I had written on the box. She couldn't understand why the box was routed there. I told her to check the tracking # and she saw that the zip code had been miskeyed for my second box. I am giving this location 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received. read more
