Terrible service and customer relations. I called for service told them what I needed and they set a time to install. After waiting 3 weeks and coming to the site they stated it had to be 10 ft away which is fine. Although we had a perfect site 10 ft away, they refused to do the service because we are living in a camper with an add on while we build our home. They were unwilling to help or even work toward a viable solution. This is obviously not a camp site. Its private land with permanent residency. I am ashamed of them we have used them for many many years. Today they lost our business and everyone I can tell if this atrocity because of the unwillingness to help by their supervisor "Paco". read more
