We had an ongoing cleaning service relationship with B-Clean Home and Commercial Services LLC that…read moreultimately ended in a very unprofessional manner due to a complete lack of communication and misleading public statements by the business. Over a period of several weeks, our scheduled cleanings were repeatedly canceled due to staff call-offs. We were consistently told the company would "reach back out" once things were straightened out. Despite multiple polite follow-up messages asking whether services would continue, we received no response for over a month. At no point were we informed that services had been discontinued. We were never told we were being removed from the schedule. We were simply ignored. As paying clients, this left us unsure how to proceed and forced us to find another cleaning service due to the silence. After leaving an honest review describing the lack of communication, the company publicly responded on Facebook with statements claiming: * That we were notified services were discontinued * That cleaners felt "uncomfortable" in our home * That we were "bad mouthing" cleaners * That we were blocked due to bullying These claims are false and are not supported by the written message history. Our messages were polite, factual, and focused solely on confirming scheduling and whether services would continue. Screenshots of all communication clearly show no notice of termination, no inappropriate language, and no harassment. While the company did issue a small partial refund earlier in the service relationship for a missed cleaning, that does not excuse the later decision to ghost clients rather than communicate professionally. We are filing this complaint due to: * Lack of clear communication * Failure to notify clients of service termination * Publicly making false and damaging statements about clients * Blocking communication instead of resolving the issue We are not seeking additional compensation at this time. Our goal is accountability and accurate representation of how this situation was handled so future customers are aware.
