This company was dispatched by an insurance road side assistance agent to tow our son's car after…read moreheat buckled the highway and sliced his tire open. The car was sitting on the rim. They would not drive into where we got the car parked (off the highway, into a secure lot). They made him drive to the road. It was brought to our house, where we have enough room to turn 10 such trucks around. They refused to drop the car in the driveway, stating a storm was coming and they were almost out of diesel. They threatened to impound the car. They female came around the backside and called me the B word and if course I responded. Once the car was driven into the driveway, they threatened to come back and get it later that night. They didn't show back up and we went to their yard the next day. Supposedly those 2 were fired, but I won't be taking any chances with them again.
