Mind you I used several storage spaces throughout my whole life I grew up in foster care so the only home I really had was a storage for my belongings. I paid my first payment and moved in. I was pregnant with my son and my young daughter. I had so many sentimental and memorable things in my storage like my dog's ashes my high school diploma pictures of my mother and I that she gave me and she no longer can replace. Even though I missed my second payment only my second payment of being there they immediately auctioned off my storage without even giving me a payment plan or a chance to pay it off. I will never ever recommend anyone going to this storage and I will make sure I let everyone know what they've done to me and my children and they stole my property and they sold it to someone else. Everyday I cry about my personal belongings that these people just threw out and didn't give any care in the world. I will never forgive them and I wish nothing but bad for their company and business. Just like they didn't care about me I certainly will never care about them. But now you either have to load in through a person-sized door or they have to leave a gate open, making the facility less secure. I have 5 units for my customers and access is terribly inconvenient. Yet I cannot get a call back from a district/regional manager! Guaranteed they will raise the rent after 1-2 months when all your stuff is in storage and it is a pain to move it. Would not recommend this storage facility. They only care about their income and do not care about inconvenience to their customers! In addition, they won't even pay for someone to man the facility and only provide a kiosk inside an office that is often locked. I have spoken to a manager at the other location, and 2 customer service reps and still no call from a district manager!

Next day, Ty stopped by to pick up the keys, and things just got taken care of. Pleasant and friendly people, white glove treatment - he stopped by to return the key the next day - and very affordable. If you need to move locally, use these guys.

They said the half price promotion was for one month and I need te unit for only two months until I move. The $1 promotion was only for the smallest unit. Upon move out day this past Saturday, we found that when loading up boxes a massive infestation of roaches crawling all over our boxes. My husband went into the office and reported this issue and was told that it was not their problem and they couldn't control what people brought in. My husband asked what they recommended that we do and was told to bug bomb the unit. This was devastating since we brought our belongings to be kept safe and sound and not be infested with roaches. The storage management needs to try and keep the units clean and use a routine pest control. Also, the walls in the units are not the best condition and this also contributes to this awful problem. Originally tried to move out around the 27th of the month but couldn't get a truck reservation so I moved it later but was told they were going to start being closed on Mondays so I couldn't move out until the 12th. Was never told that the prorated only counted until the 10th. Not sure how I'm supposed to move out on the 10th if it's a Sunday and they're closed, and the next day they were also closed. Had to call several times after that and was informed by the 1(!) person working there that it was in my contract and tough luck. I had been charged an exorbitant amount for 12 days because they weren't open the other days, and they decided to up the rent that month as well. Guess you can't expect more from any place in Kansas. Go to another storage space. Uhaul gives you a free month if you use a truck, and your stuff won't be full of spiders, or wet.

These were THE BEST movers I've ever hired. They were polite, kept in touch, and enthusiastic. Compared to movers in the past, I must say this is my favorite crew & company. Reason1 - as a single woman I felt comfortable and trusted this group of men in my home with my belongings and 2nd as a customer I did not feel cheated or overcharged even when I threw extras at them - aka, hooking up a washer & dryer and changing out the cord to the dryer. If I ever need to move in the future, I will use this company and hope this same crew is available!! Two things I would have changed - 1. Knowing that they were going to take a lunch break in between moving me and knowing that they would charge me for the lunch hour 2. Asking the team to read the labels on my boxes and put them in the correct rooms. I was so tired I forgot to instruct them to do so unpacking took longer than I had hoped Otherwise, their enthusiasm and smiles made me want happy to do business with them at the time and now in the future - most other teams (in my experience) send out sketchy looking men and usually only 1 team member speaks to you and doesn't ever smile. You just get the sense that they hate their job and don't care about you or the stress you're experiencing from the move - complete opposite with these guys, it was an absolute pleasure and even though I might have been stressed they put my mind at ease and were able to lighten the mood with laughter.
