They said they no longer accept reservations by phone. They advised to show-up and ask in person. We did. Of course, parking was a nightmare on a Sunday afternoon. We had to park about 2 miles away. We also had our dogs. The main reason we wanted to come here is because this location was the only HRC that had a "Dog Menu!" So we beared the headache and arrived in person and my husband was seated right away with the dogs, outside in the covered awning. It was cramped and a very small bistro table but they had a heater next to us. My husband ordered for us. Of what we tried, the bedtime part was the wings. I ordered the Filet but it was not a Filet cut! I was pretty miffed but I was hungry from all the walking so I kept it. It was an awful steak so the dogs were extra spoiled that day. We ordered the Duck from the dog menu and they enjoyed it a lot. The waitress brought it out in dog bowls and was happy to serve them. :) We were overall disappointed with the quality of food for the price...but the service was excellent and the dogs enjoyed their meal. And we enjoyed the desert and southwest eggrolls.

Definitely a cleaner and "healthier" McDonald's if I can even say that. Their menu is somewhat similar but also has differences. They have the basic Egg McMuffin and fries as a side. But also some other things like wraps, salad side instead of fries and chicken sandwiches or breakfast. The food is definitely not heavy and greasy that will leave you with a stomach ache like McDonald's in the States. Their kiosk system is cool and easy to use but for some reason it wouldn't take my credit card. I had to pay up front. The ladies that work here are rude and not very nice haha. I thought she wanted to punch me when I asked for ketchup! Like I did something wrong lol. But definitely a modern and hip looking McDonald's you can visit right in the heart of Krakow near the main square.

You basically put together your own burritos/tacos/wraps (and one more option I have forgotten at this moment) for a very reasonable price, decide the meat/veg filling, sauces and how spicy you want it to be. Mine was a spicy chicken burrito with salsa and guacamole. Medium spice was just right for my liking; could even have opted for "ostra" (hot)!
