I have been to this place 2 times now, and wont be going again…read more The first time was to get a new look, and some highlights. The cut was . . . okay. The highlights are not so good. I now have a line of blonde going across the front of my head. I had to go back a second time today to fix the line work around my head, which was uneven from the first time. I was booked a time, but was not told that a trainee would be cutting my hair. The trainee was a nice girl, but was lacking in the area I needed. I ended up having 3 dressers doing my hair, and I have come away feeling bad. My partner now is going to fix what she can, as she is angry with what was done to me. If you are going for a style which you only have one chance to get right, go somewhere else.

Hair Extensions: I suffered three days of intense pain due to the bonds being applied too tightly…read more I also believe that the extensions were too long and heavy for my short hair and should never have been applied. The bonds were loosened and the length cut to take the strain off my own hair but then fell out over the next three weeks. Nikita agreed to a refund but then refused. Also agreed to mediation but later changed her mind. Although cheaper than a salon beware!!!!! I am out of pocket and have no extensions.
