There is a large parking lot and it is located in a nice clean new building. The office offers evening hours so I was able to walk in, without an appointment, after work which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of us. Nick couldn't have been friendlier or more comforting. My daughter is only 4 and had to go in by herself for the X-ray. She was not scared because Nick was calm, friendly and patient. The X-ray results were given to me on a disc right away and her doctor had the notes the very next morning. I couldn't have had a better doctor visit experience. Thank you WNY MRI for helping me and my daughter.

However now I'm realizing the benefit of having a doctor who has the time to ask you a bunch of questions and he actually listens to the answer. Getting referrals and scripts was really easy, which is something i used to have trouble with from my previous PD. I'm really so happy with my experience there.

The people are so friendly and welcoming, they make each visit great. Before going for check up or anything, you need to make an appointment. Most of the time there are a lot of open spots, and they give options on time as well. They work with your schedule, and make sure you get what you ask for you. You can either call to set up or walk in to make your appointment. What I love the most is that they give you a reminder card and they also call you the day before your appointment, to make you are able to make it or if you need to cancel it. The doctors always have good referrals. The office is a bit small, they have about four or five personal rooms for check up, but they share this building. There is street parking, it doesn't really get that crowded so you are able to find parking real close. I will not switch from them, because they are as good as it gets.

From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more. Although the facility appears clean, the presence of ants and cockroaches is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I am also concerned about the unprofessional behavior I have experienced. Deanna has repeatedly spoken to me in a scolding and disrespectful manner, which is inappropriate. In addition, Ryan has failed to return my calls or respond to my concerns despite multiple attempts to contact him by phone and in person. I expect these issues to be investigated and addressed promptly. Please provide a response regarding the actions that will be taken to resolve these concerns.

Although there is no longer the blood draw lab, there is a quest lab on site so it is easy to get prescribed blood works done. The staff are efficient and friendly. I still recommend the health center if you live in the neighborhood.

I chose Dr. Campagna somewhat randomly when I needed a primary care physician (closest to my house…read morethat takes my insurance). I have not had call to see him very often but both he and the nurse practitioner in his office have great bedside manners and are responsive in office or on the phone. The office staff is nice too. I have been able to get same day appointments, but sometime the wait is overly long. Also, his clientele is mostly older (geriatric frankly). This didn't affect his ability to treat nerve damage in my arm or a strep throat, but he floundered a little when considering what medicines to proscribe a nursing mother. His office is a little dated, but I have generally found that to be the case with primary care physicians (and chiropractors) in Buffalo.

I question this and she gets more rude about how that's just how it works and she can't do anything about it. She gets nasty so I say I get it but am just trying to understand and I ask her not to be rude. She goes IM NOT BEING RUDE! YOURE BEING MEAN! Hahaaa... Mean? What am I 12 years old? I laugh and say "Mean? Because I'm asking you about how the scheduling works?" She hangs up on me. She was certified INSANE. She did a great job of losing a potential new patient for this doctor. She looked at every mark, which is the way it should be. Everyone was so nice & very easy to talk to & explain things to. They were REALLY listening & comforting. This is definitely going to be my new dermatologist. When I first walked in , it was a lot bigger than I expected & it was so clean. They have sanitizer for anyone to use. The exam rooms are spacious & clean. I really like this place. I highly recommend Lenahan Dermatology, if u see any suspicious or new marks on you, that should be checke

So I rearrange my schedule to bring her but they don't have the courtesy to contact us before driving out there?? They even charge a fee if you don't cancel in advance. What a crop of crap!!!
