Honestly the worst. We had an accident - which happens. But they extorted us by keeping my passport and would not return it until we payed 40,000 pesos which is well over the amount required for repair. Make sure when you get the scooter to film all the damage and film yourself pressing on all the pieces in case there is any structural issues. I didn't do the latter, and iv regret it. The bike came fully gassed and worked but the front plastic came with breaks all along the pieces around the light. I filmed the breaks in case they tried to say I did it. Ride the bike without event for a week, but when I returned it, there was an additional break in the plastic. I suspect that the rest of the broken plastic degraded the support of the piece, so normal driving caused it to break. They said all the previous breaks were certainly theirs, but said they couldn't know whether I had driven it into something (I did not. My credit card insured the bike, so if I had gotten into an accident I would gladly pay for any damage I did). In the end they charged me an additional 300 pesos. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! We rented a scooter here for a week. There was no shield on the muffler, and my husband and I both got horrible burns on our legs from brushing against it (yes, obviously DON'T brush against it, but our bad, we didn't realize there was no shield on it). When we reported it, they shrugged and basically said, "meh, too bad." My husband said, "let's hope we don't ever have to stop fast for a kid or a dog or something because these brakes aren't going to stop us." Driving in a scooter in Mexico is scary enough, but knowing the brakes barely worked made every ride super stressful. Honestly, though, their complete unfriendliness would be enough to rate them poorly. I wish we could do it all over and not rent the piece of garbage they gave us. read more
