I actually got a welcome refillable water bottle from the girl working at the front desk, I didn't get one at the CM location, maybe she was new??? This one also offer dumbbells if you want to workout during your session, CM doesn't offer that. This location is actually located INSIDE LA Fitness. I was having trouble finding this place. Once you walk in LA Fitness, go all the way to the right side and you will see it. I also like that they put a welcome card with my name on it right next to the towel on the bench inside the sauna booth, I didn't get that in CM. The parking here is super easy, they have plenty of parking spaces, unlike the one CM, their parking is pretty limited. I like that I could adjust the light, the temp, the red light and everything right on the panel inside. Overall I really like this location, and if you are a member of LA Fitness, you can take a shower there after the session. I will be back for more!!

There was only one attendant and she was late opening up. My appointment was at 8:15 and I didn't get to speak to her until 8:17 and didnt get into the sauna until 8:25. Not a big deal but I actually booked a sauna session to go make weight and every minute counted. The attendant was nice but I could tell she felt overwhelmed. The sauna room itself was nice - an individual tv with bluetooth attached - and decently clean space. However, since I was the first of the day - the sauna was only at 130 and by the time I left, only got up to 140 with capabilities to get up to 170. Would not go back.
