I then inquired if I could obtain 15-20% discount as it is a customary discount level for most timepieces of this caliber. He told me that if I knew so much about his business, then I don't need to purchase from him. It was such an abrupt retort to a normal question during sales. He was right, I didn't need to purchase from him. So I thanked him for his time and promptly left.

I was also looking for a different watch band for the watch, but she was able to tell me that none of the bands would fit my watch, which saved me a lot of money. On the shelves they had a good assortment of watches, and customers seemed to be well taken care of. If looking for another Fossil watch, I would go back to this store.
