The guys who delivered were great and did their job, but unfortunately our belongings put into their storage were not treated with respect and the packing service wasn't completed. If compensation or ownership of this was given I would not be writing this review. It's seems they're not too happy with being given feedback with a negative connotation and certainly not interested in putting things right. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Lambs to family and friends in the area.

One very burnt out component was removed and after a quick flick through the yellow pages he called into these guys to see if they could help. The man behind the counter took a quick look and managed to locate a used one and said try this for free. It will either work or if it doesn't its going to be £60.00 for a new one and if needed I can get it in a couple of days. It worked so result. We have used them for a couple of things not just for washing machines since then and the service has always been as good as the first time so this place is highly recommended.

I was the one though who had to arrange this to be done and so phoned around to get a few quotes. As these guys gave the best price they got the job and so a time and date was arranged for the fitter to come out. The young lad that came out was on time and was very pleasant (a damn site more than I would be at that time in the morning) and very quickly got to work. It was a really manky day with sleet and a fierce wind, plus a aerial that had been up on the roof since the 1950's so the guy really did have a struggle and a job that would usually take around 20 minutes ended up taking over a hour and a half so I fully expected to have to pay a lot more than what was quoted. No the price on the phone was the price I paid so for that and the fact the fitter was so pleasant I would highly recommend these people.
