There was another table there as well, slightly more in the open that also seemed to get less attention. Ambience is inconsequential. This is a restaurant stuck in the corner of a building that is on a corner of a street, with a couple tables outside on the sidewalk. There is no Vietnamese decor (or any other decor for that matter) so ambience was not a consideration in this place. Based on the food alone I would recommend this establishment - nothing else.
