I wouldn't give any stars but I had to give one to leave this review. Customer service was horrible!!!!!!! No one greeted us when we walked in, no one approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. When I approached the workers they looked at us with no answers just very rude and unapproachable. only got two stars because of the kind blonde worker there, she was so nice and apologetic for the elderly woman with a bob. the elderly worker so rude and unprofessional and she clearly didnt realize it. she clearly wasnt happy that the blonde girl tried to help me after she did we literally watched her look up just to glare at her. why work a customer service job if you don't have a nice attitude towards customers AND coworkers alike? especially right at the front desk when there's multiple customers. This store is out of stock on everything. It's exhausting digging through the whole store trying to find something that hardly meets your needs. There are also many other items shelved in incorrect places so it's easy to grab the wrong thing after you've been in the store racking your brain trying to find something that works. Half of the products that are on the shelves don't even have price tags which is also very annoying. I spent a majority of my time trying to look products up on the Ulta webpage with the poor cell service connection the mall has. It was probably one of the worst makeup purchasing experiences I've had. I don't recommend wasting your time here. Shop online or go find another store in another city like Fort Collins, CO. read more

I shop at Ulta all time at various locations. The associates at this location are so helpful and friendly! Today I tried the brow services for the first time. There are not enough kind words to say about the services I received. It was my first experience with wax and I was super nervous. I went in hoping to find some help with some products that would help me feel good in my skin for my upcoming court trial, and something that would last through my long hours at work, as well and work for my skin having a severe rosacea flare up. I was immediately greeted by very friendly associates who asked if they could help, and I told them what I was looking for. They helped me find the right coverage and shade for my skin, that wouldn't be cakey with my rosacea flare up, and they gave me tips on how best to use the products I purchased. The staff were extremely understanding when I went in to exchange a product that hadnt worked for me. They are also clearly knowledgable about the products they sell, although I took 1 star off because of the lack of luxury brands such as Kerastase and Morrocanoil that I prefer. We did not have a great experience My friend and went in, we were looking kinda lazy, scabby, had no makeup on, and I decided to bring my mini backpack carrying my wallet. I was in the store to get some new lipstick and ended up getting my brows done by Ari. She did such a fabulous job! She also has amazing hair, and Megan in the salon does her blonde. I booked an appointment right away with her, and she got me to the platinum level that I love! I met a the new store manager, Sabra, as well. I visited a couple weeks ago and one employee in particular was super helpful. Kasey helped me pick out a lipstick and gave me multiple options with each brand with different shades. She really knew a lot about each brand and really helped me down to the texture and finish of the lipstick. She was invested in helping out. read more
