She really cares about her clients and the health of their hair - if what you want can damage your hair, she goes over it with you. She is unlike others, who do whatever for money. Her costs are totally fair, and if she doesn't vibe with someone she won't book them. The products she uses are always top notch, and she is consistently finding new products to share that add hair health attributes while in her chair, and at home. She takes absolute pride in being the new owner of Blue Sparrow Salon! She is very diligent in ensuring it remains a drama-free, safe, relaxing space. Went in and was seen by Victoree for a balayage. The salon itself is beautiful, everything is neatly organized and clean. Chairs are comfortable and staff is very friendly. You are offered a drink of choice when you come in and so those morning when I am in a hurry and forget to have a cup of coffee--- this place is helpful for that pick me up. The interaction between me and my stylist felt organic, she was thorough and asked clarifying questions so that we could achieve what I was looking for. She's sick, the kid is sick, reaction to meds, kid out of the country, no sleep, cut her hand... the list goes on and this was all in a period of 3 1/2 months. No calls from her, just texts. You'd think if she were professional she'd pick up the phone but she took the cowards way out for canceling. Unprofessional to say the least. My former hairdresser I had for 19 years never canceled one appointment. Jennifer needs lessons in had to treat a client. She's not all that and glad I found a clean shop and professional hairdresser.
