My stylist was an owner and she was always very quick to do my cut, a normal cut for me take 30-45 minutes, she took less than 10 minutes last time and it showed. The cut looks like someone was in a hurry and took no time at all and it will take a while to grow out and repair. I am so disappointed that because the lack of care by the stylist I have to deal with their mistake. I had to go to another stylist a week later and I further saw what a mess it was. I went to Sally's, bought bleach and purple toner, and fixed the top of my hair myself. I have never forgotten it, and will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to Haircuts on Fair road instead.
