Very poor experience. I exchanged 506.69 CAD and received only 11,600 EGP, which corresponds to approximately 22-23 EGP per 1 CAD, while the market rate at the same time was around 34 EGP. There was no clear transparency regarding the exchange rate applied before confirming the transaction over the phone. Even when taking typical exchange margins into account, the difference remains extremely high and difficult to justify for a currency exchange service. When I followed up, the explanations provided by phone were not satisfactory and remained vague. There is a significant lack of transparency regarding the actual rate applied. I do not recommend this service. It is better to exchange your money directly in the destination country. read more

Rude. Inattentive. Asked for small bills as the website suggests. Was ignored and given large bills, even with bundles of small bills sitting right in front of the teller. Avoid this place like the plague , I recently needed to purchase Paraguayan currency. I needed 1,900,000 PYG and they charged me $506.35 CAD. I recently learned the same about actually costs $ 354.00 ( 1 cad = 5,378 PYG ) while in Paraguay. So they made $150 dollars off me using their service. I do understand that they mark the money up when purchasing, however this difference is ridiculous. I am not sure what happen to this place, as I have used them many times in the past and never had this happen to me before. I will never use this company again to exchange money. I would also recommend you do your research on the actual exchange rate before you use them. I feel they ripped me off on this exchange. read more
