Our home originally had a very traditional Mediterranean color palette--orange, yellow, brown, and red tones throughout the exterior and roof. We wanted to completely modernize it with a crisp black-and-white exterior, including painting the entire roof black and limewashing all of the stonework. It was a major transformation, and they executed it beautifully. I personally did a lot of research beforehand on the different paints, products, and finishes I wanted to use, and Manny was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. He and his crew understood the importance of proper preparation and application, including spraying and back-rolling where needed. They were also very accommodating with the high-quality paint products we selected and made sure everything was applied correctly. Before painting the roof, they even helped us use a drone to inspect the condition of the roof, which gave us additional peace of mind before moving forward. The entire crew was professional, friendly, thorough, and respectful of our property. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed everything professionally. When we noticed a few areas that needed touch-ups afterward, they came back promptly and took care of everything without hesitation. The transformation from our original Mediterranean exterior to the black, white, and limewashed stone is truly night and day. After multiple bids we decided on Ultimate Home Painters to paint the entire exterior of our house. They were very meticulous and thorough. They sprayed and rolled all the stucco walls, and used a brush around the window frames to ensure a clean cut line between the frames and the stucco. Masking was very accurate and clean around window panes and light fixtures. Some of the walls required 3 coats which they did on their own. Stucco repair and prep was done carefully, and matched the existing stucco texture. All repaired stucco was primered 2 or 3 coats. Wood sanding and repair were very thorough. They removed a lot of old paint build up that was bubbling on window frames. Grateful they didn't just spray over it. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and the respectfulness of their workers. Manny was always available to talk to me if I had questions or concerns. And he always asked "How do you like it? Everything ok?" Manny and his crew really want to do a good high quality job. I definitely plan to hire them again in the future. read more

We had a lot of stucco work that was in need of repair and Manny and his team not only painted our house beautifully, they repaired it as well. So much attention to detail throughout the process. After re-piping, we needed to paint some rooms and some ceilings, because of the drywall that was cut and patched. And we decided to also change the color of those rooms affected. Manny was recommended by the Jeronimo Sherwin Williams store. His team are excellent painters; ones who can cut along the ceiling line with either the left of the right hand, and the walls and ceiling look great. The prep work included, moving the big furniture, covering the furniture, taping, covering the floors with paper, and repairing areas that needed attention. Our job required 2 people ,but Many has a crew of 5 or 6 painters. I would recommend them for any painting jobs. read more

I found Ultimate Home Painters online after a lot of searching as I have had a pretty disappointing experience before. Several years ago I had my kitchen island painted and the work was poor quality, and I realized later why - they were rushing, didn't use the proper tools paint - and were painting my cabinets as if they were painting drywall.
