We hired All American Concrete for a driveway extension. While the quote process was quick, the…read moreproject itself was disorganized and disappointing. The job was rescheduled at 4:00 PM the day before it was supposed to start, after we had already taken off work and coordinated a third-party contractor. This caused immediate disruption. Execution was inconsistent. There were multiple crew changes, and at one point the work was being handled by individuals who stated they were new, along with another person who indicated he was not employed by the company. There did not appear to be consistent supervision. One worker also became visibly ill on-site, raising concerns about oversight. After the pour, we had to raise concerns ourselves about a cold joint, as there was no follow-up or quality check. To their credit, they returned and fixed that issue. Communication has been a consistent problem. We have had to follow up repeatedly, and even when the crew returned, there was no follow-up on ongoing concerns. Drainage was a primary concern from the beginning. We raised it multiple times and shared video showing water pooling. The proposal stated: "All grading will be completed to ensure proper drainage away from the driveway." After installation, even with only routine watering during a drought, water is still pooling along the driveway and surrounding areas. The drainage issue was not improved, and no follow-up has been provided.

I knocked of $500 for this I wasn't happy about it but I was still doing the ceiling and the roof at the very last moment Mr Wilson took the job for me and let his Latino workforce do it for $800 to increase his profit I found this out when he called me 2 minutes before hours about to begin building he tried to make amends by offering me $350 for my troubles I got his materialist for him on my own time not knowing I was going to be screwed out of this job when he said he was going to give me the additional $150 for a total of $300 he only gave me $120 that's another thing he changed at the last minute he claims he is loyal to his workers which he is because he took the job he promised me and gave it to his own workers to save money I am very disappointed with his conduct I am not saying he's a bad person but I am saying this any work you want done or will be doing for him please get it in writing because he has shown me that he will renege on his promise and this is not the first time and I'm not the first person to experience this Mr Timothy Fuller of Macon Georgia also has several several problems with him I have went back behind him on several different occasions at this man's house to repair and finish work he did not finish including some siding work and he also took Mr Fuller's aluminum siding coil as I said I am very disappointed with Mr Wilson I wish everyone the best who will be using him and their future projects

I am not sure if we interfered with a bigger job (he mentioned that a few times) but that is no excuse. We spent about $5,000.00 for a job that turned out to be completely and beyond unsatisfactory. The right side of the patio was not straight. We talked to him about this uneven lining on the right side, and he gave only $150.00 to compensate. When additional expansion joints were requested by myself, it was rejected. When gaps from ground level were questioned, topsoil was a solution. I could go on....draw your own conclusion. There were several examples of excess concrete that came out in places on side walls and cracks, and in places that are now worse. Concrete was splattered on siding and the existing patio structure, that will not come off. We did try and call Mr. Wilson about the issues, and he came out and put stucco on the side walls to cover the excess concrete, cracks etc... This made it look even worse. I first talked to Mr. Wilson about all the issues and he asked me what I wanted him to do. I asked him for a refund. Instead of discussing this, he told me he would come to look at it again. We paid for mistakes the first round, why would we do this again. The job that was completed is not AT ALL becoming of a decorative backyard. In conclusion, I would never recommend his company to do any kind of job. I only gave review of one star because I had to select one. Otherwise, I would not give a Star at all.

Estimate was $2000 for supplies & labor. Met him at Lowe's to purchase the supplies and they…read moretotaled over $1700. His "40% off" labor was $800. He said we'd have hundreds of dollars in returns to Lowe's. We'll see if that pans out. We paid for gate latches that weren't installed nor left at the property. He left a large gap between the house and the fence. I asked him to fix that so our dogs couldn't escape. He told me he cemented a post in and fixed the corner. Now that it's daylight, the post is falling over and he just put a "U" shaped piece of fence in the hole that's not secured. He also left holes in our yard where he dug incorrectly. He left a pile of trash for me to take care of. And he's no longer responding to my calls/texts. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Edited post: Duston called me on his way to Lowe's to return items for a credit for us and said he'd swing by to look at the issues. He also asked me to change/remove this review. I went to Lowe's & he returned nothing on our behalf. He also never showed up back to our home to make repairs. Do yourself a favor - STEER CLEAR!! 2/17/19: Nearly the entire right side of our fence fell over while we were out of town visiting family. Text Duston that he needed to come repair his trash fence job or I'd be suing him. Initially, he said he'd come out sometime this week. Then he said the fence was tampered with by deer and he couldn't warranty the fence being trampled by cattle..... Um, we don't have cattle and I doubt highly that the fence was trampled. The main issue is with his half-ass cement work. Fence posts that have been properly cemented shouldn't just fall over (even if a deer hit the fence). His five-year warranty isn't necessary because he doesn't stand by it. Once you pay him he rides off into the sunset never to be seen again. Please, please, please choose someone that actually knows the trade. He clearly does not. Duston Andrews & Alyssa Beach are a complete joke of a business. The only trade he seems to have mastered is conning people out of their money.

I hired Georgia state fence and concrete to pour a garage floor .he measured to get the amount of…read moreconcrete I needed , ordered it and he was short on concrete about two yards . He halfa___d floated it and left . He won't answer his phone and I have not seen him .it is not level and instead of the minium thickness of 3.5 " for a garage floor it is about 2.5" thick . He was very unprofessional and i would not recommend him for anything .concrete is unstable if you pour over cold concrete , it will have to be taken out and start over leaving me with a cost of about $3000 to start over then$2500 to repour . .
