After…read moreexcitingly taking the purchasing slip to the register to receive my product, I was told they didn't have any of the lego with slips and the display with several lego sets with slips indicating their availability meant nothing, as "they" had not taken it down on 26th, so said the manager. I don't know who "they" are, or why a sign was not put up indicating that the products advertised to be available were not. Instead the manager apparently preferred to spend the last 5 days letting people be excited about their purchase only to be let down. There are a bunch of toy stores in Toronto that are much better run, stocked, and organized, please visit and support them. Being out of stock happens after Christmas, totally understandable, but to blindside customers is unacceptable.

I was looking to get a small balloon bouquet with specifically a flamingo in it. When I called to inquire, the staff member who answered was very helpful. She took my order, credit card info and told me when I could pick up the bouquet. When I arrived the next day, it was packaged up and ready to go. I ordered a second bouquet two weeks later with instructions to include a balloon with a pug in it and once again, they delivered! Both bouquets were priced around $30 for 7 balloons (one mylar and 6 latex). The helium balloons don't last a super long time (about a week before they start losing helium) but Zest for Living has been my go to for my balloon bouquet needs!

I called 10 minutes before they closed but they were able to help me. Balloons were delivered in less than an hour. Service was very helpful, I must have changed my mind 3 times on the phone but the woman was so patient. I also have to question their level of intelligence since they decided to make such dangerous maneuvers while in a clearly branded corporate vehicle. Also, I was on my way to a prenatal check-up because I'm 7 months pregnant! Thanks for putting my life, and my daughter's life, in danger. I also want to note that the DVP has a speed limit of 90 and there was a bit of traffic at the time. I did not appreciate the passive aggressive nudges to speed up when it was impossible to do so without causing a collision or being at risk of a speeding ticket.
