The staff at this agency is amazing. I originally spoke with Jennifer N, a week before I returned to NC and had an amazing conversation with her. She walked me through the interview process, let me know what to expect and put me at ease every step of the way. When I first walked into the staffing company office, I was immediately greeted by a very upbeat, polite, and down-to-earth secretary. We exchanged introductions and pleasantries and she told me that the recruiter would be there shortly to interview me. The interviewer was named Donna, she asked me a few questions, and I told her about myself and my skills, and I was immediately placed. I was then hooked up with a gentleman named Nate. I followed all of his directions, completed my drug screening, paperwork, etc., and I was set up with my first position at a great global software company. Nate was also extremely communicative and responsive, along as compassionate and you can tell everyone in that office, including him, cares about their job, the service they provide, and the people they do in fact serve. I am so grateful to have this staffing company on my side, and I am so blessed to say I am now employed (which happened quickly within days) with hopes to stay at the company I was hired at. I will say this, I am beyond overjoyed about my new position, and so appreciative to this entire staffing service because it gave me the opportunity to learn, grow, provide for myself, and expand my skillset, and enhance my breadth of knowledge. I just wanted to tell everyone there how much I appreciate you all. I will say that if you go with anyone except Ultimate Staffing Services, you will be doing yourself a disservice.
