The staff were very professional, my daughter was very relaxed prior to the piercing and was fine after it was done. We were given everything we needed in regard to aftercare for her ears which have been fine since. We didn't use any other services in the shop so this review is purely about the ear piercing. It's virtually impossible to buy hair removal wax tubs from the High Street stores but I found it here for just £5! And they have a choice between lavender, aloe vera and pink wax. I also found that St Ives face scrub (which is the guru of my skincare regime!) is a lot cheaper here than elsewhere. They have a random selection of cheap cosmetics that tend to be in retro shades - Pat Butcher from Eastenders comes to mind! Although some of their eye-shadows and nail varnishes are interesting because bright colours are trending. Oddly enough, towards the back of the shop there is a post office so you can get your postal needs as well as grooming products under one roof!

There are quite a few outfits to choose from for all ages in many different styles so you wont be stuck for choice. Their catalogues are homemade but they use real people so you get a good idea of what an outfit actually looks like. OUt fits tend to be around £20 for two days hire with additional days costing around £2 per day. They take a £50 deposit but this can be in the form of a cheque which they give back to you or your card number again which they give back. They also sell a range of ex costumes and accessories.

I have brought a wig from here which was 3.99 and a hula beach fancy dress pack with a grass skirt, cocunt bra and necklace for 7.99. I think the prices are fair. They have a no refunds policy as many people will wear fancy dress once and I think they fear that their rent business wont get many people if they offer refunds people can wear it and bring it back the day after. They have a wide range of joke things instore for example woopie cushions and black soap. Only a few in Dudley so would try this one for a renting service, prices depend on the costume.
