I've had the pleasure of visiting Unami Revolving Sushi a couple of times, and it's definitely a unique dining experience worth trying. I usually go during lunchtime, which is great because I don't have to wait long for my meal. They offer many types of rolls that vary in price, with dishes priced according to their color. Most sushi plates come with about four pieces, making it a great serving size to share with others at your table. Their sushi for the most part if pretty good. After you've had a few plates, you'll notice your iPad screen doing something interesting--it will either end with a win or a loss. You then receive a prize ball that reveals your reward. I've received a couple of these, and they've been keychains. I love the concept behind the restaurant, and I hope they continue to thrive.

The revolving train system used is cute, and reminds me of something out of Disneyland. I was pleased to see Japanese workers in the kitchen and since this was my first time here, the roll I purchased was good. But I wonder how much to tip waiter since a lot of the food comes automatically. The restaurant is decorated in authentic Japanese decor etc. one must practice restraint when seeing the constant flow of plates pass by, especially the desserts! I will come again...don't push through the slot the bigger plates when finished. It will get stuck.

My only regret is not taking enough photos of EVERYTHING we ate! The service was great from the host to the server. The vibes are so cute and adorable. It's the kind of place you go to to feel futuristic lol 10/10 experience including food, ambiance!

Looking for a fun experience! Try Revolving Sushi. The sushi was a 7/10, the teriyaki was 7/10, desserts were an 8/10. The service is different because you have to request it via the iPad menu and sometimes it was just easier to call over a waitress. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and not too loud. The revolving food tracks were cool and we definitely fell for the plate game to win a prize which was a fun experience to talk about. Definitely a fun experience and would make for a fun date night or family night out.

We came here for date night and it was absolutely amazing! We requested a special order for omakase and were given a 5 STAR experience. Tommy is a brilliant sushi chef! It's hard to find quality sushi in El Paso, but we found the spot. The pictures speak for themselves but the food was absolutely devine. The atmosphere is also super welcoming and service is very attentive. We will most definitely be back. So so good!

The food is delicious! The concept is awesome, can't be any easier than that. The only thing was trying to get refills was quite a wait.

The quality of fish was amazing and they make their sushi rice perfect. It's by far the best sushi place in El Paso. Bravo

The menu is amazing! I ordered so much I forget what I even had specifically, I just know we started with Kalbi and ended with garlic chicken and had everything from crispy rice to spicy pork in between. The service was great! And we met the owners, Dennis and Ran, and expressed our gratitude for bringing such an establishment to the borderland! Can't wait to go back

Very clean establishment and good vibes with shoji screens and lighting. Our service was very good too! We explained how we have never been here before and our waitress explained in full detail the how to and their menu. She came back at a good rate and was very nice. Me and my partner got the standard course for two. It was around $68. That's a lot in my opinion for not that much food compared to a Korean bbq. The galbi short ribs for example, they only gave us 3. They couldn't even give us 4? Two each? That in general is also crazy small. The rest of the meats were flat pieces like brisket and little steak bits. That's not a lot of food. It looks like a lot but when meat shrinks it's just tasters. I'm not impressed with the amount I'm spending with the amount of food. It's honestly not a lot when you really break it down. We did try the mochi and me and my partner agreed that was probably the best mochi ice cream we have had. Plenty of options, very delicious and tasty. If you want some sort of BBQ experience, I would not come here as my first option. You're just wasting money when you can go to an all you can eat and order practically everything. If you wanted Individual plates of soemthing, for example the galbi short ribs for a plate was around $14. Cmon now. We wouldn't come back here. It was decent, too expensive for what you're getting. There's just better options to try. Thank you.

We had wonderful meals of BBQ, Southern, American and Mexican food but we started to miss our Ramen meals back home. This place was great. Ot had a youthful, edgy vibe with cozy and nice colorful decor. We ordered the Thicc Boi and Birria Ramen, and ordered sides of the Thai Peanut Cucumber Salad, and Pork buns. The salad was a nice appetizer. We wished we had this back home. The dressing tasted peanutty with black sesame seeds and a nice acid balance. Kaemada's Ramen has El Paso influences. The broth had full bodied flavor, the meat was cut thicker with grilled char! Please also try the Birrea Ramen! We eat Birria broth and tacos at home and this ramen bowl was a great marriage of the 2 dishes. The thick cut and grilled char feature was also included in the pork bun. It was so tasty and satisfying with the thick pork cut, which I often thought was too thin anyways in the original version. They took the best El Paso meat flavor and Japanese presentation influences to make Kaemada's dish unique and their own. Don't expect the delicate and refined dashi broth Japan has. Be open to the bold flavors of the pork and broth. Expect a Southwest and Japanese fusion of robust and evolved flavors. Personally, I like firm noodles so request it cooked this way. Izzy, our server was friendly and attentive. She made our meal there more pleasant. Don't forget to order the Yuzu Cheesecake, light and not so sweet with a strong presence of Yuzu. A great finish to our meal. 10/10.
