I am appalled. Each time I ordered a taxi over the phone, the service was always great. However it…read moreis really unfortunate that the taxi drivers themselves don't have the same politeness! The first taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong address even though I had showed him the street name. Then the second taxi driver did not offer compensation as it was a mistake made by the first taxi driver. The last taxi driver charged me from the moment he saw me trying to heave my luggage from a flight of stairs, then got out and slowly put my things in, then talked on the phone in the car- all this happening with the taxi metre on. It's appalling how unprofessional they are. Nowhere else in Germany have I come across such a low way of scamming money off customers.
