He quoted over email. He informed me he would have a plumber out to me - I took the morning off work - the plumber never arrived I rang him and informed him plumber had not arrived - he told me he had not put the job in the system so he would need to come out another day - again I had to chase him as plumber did not arrive at the newly scheduled time. Plumber eventually came and he disconnected the gas but did not provide me with a conformance cert. I told him he needed to provide me with a conformance cert - he argued with me but eventually acceded and I paid him. A few weeks later I tried to turn on my living room fire, I could not, I informed Con that his plumber disconnected gas to living room and below is the email thread that ensued: Gavin There was no gas supply to the fire present.
