Great find and absolutely delicious and real honey as I ordered this combo package consisting of the Christmas Magic variety, the apple honey, cinnamon and finally the toasted marshmallow. The honey was thick and slow to drip. Loved the complex and evolving flavors and that gorgeous, pleasant lingering aftertaste, not just a flat sweetness. It got better with every tasting and my eyes got bigger and so did the smile as I went down the table. Was at a deli and overheard a couple checking out who bought two varieties and asked them what they thought of it ... worlds best ... yea I've heard that before but did get a jar of their Wild Flower and kinda have to agree with them as taste and texture suit me so as a result have purchssed 3 more of the 1.5 jars for myself and probably 5 or 6 more as gifts for neighnors as they have been invaluable in helping me with my relocation and two were unfamiliar with the brand and asked where I purchased it Same deli sells great store made Emglish muffin bread which suits me with melted butter and plenty of honey to cover it. Was not aware they had a website so will check for other varieties and pay them a visit as sure it will be worth the trip.

Mr. Black had set up a tent to sell his jars and sticks of honey. He politely explained to me the differences among his dark-, medium-, and light-colored honeys. I decided to purchase a one-pound jar of honey that was produced by bees that had gathered nectar from millions of different flowers. The jar was reasonably priced at about several dollars. At home, I tasted the honey. The honey had a sweet and deep flavor that I enjoy. If I ever see this business in person again, I will be sure to buy additional flavors of their honeys.

My suggestion to the owner is to sell a hard cheese (bite sized pieces) like an aged and sharp cheddar next to the berry ciders. It's a natural mouthwash and prevents the sugars in the sweet fruit juices from becoming acidic on the teeth because of bad bacteria, ultimately resulting in cavities. I carry some travel size mouthwash with me in my handbag at all times but there were no restrooms here, so I couldn't drink the sweet ciders until I got back to my hotel. Either some aged cheese or some unsweetened tea to protect the teeth from bad bacteria.

I picked the darkest green/yellow rined ones, and they were pink inside. Basically, they tasted like rinds all the way through. I came back today after work to let them know, and the explanation I got from the guy was that "the girl yesterday was supposed to change the sign." He couldn't care less, and definitely wasn't interested in making it right. I've wasted $14 ($16 w/a tip) on worse in my life, but I wouldn't recommend shopping here. Buyer beware.
